wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin ab dem 01.02.2013 in Nördlingen.
Auf Wunsch ist das Zimmer teilmöbliliert. Die Wohnung hat einen großzügigen, überdachten Balkon, mit Blick ins Grüne, ein Bad mit Badewanne und Fenster, eine Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit und einen PKW Stellplatz im Hof.
Das Schlafzimmer hat ca. 15m^2, eigene Wohnzimmer ca. 20m^2. Die Miete beträgt 305€ warm + 25€ Strom + 6€ Müll + 10-15€ Internet/Telefon.
Das Ganze ist in einem wunderschönen freistehenden Altbau. Der Boden ist teils Laminat und teils Holzboden.
Je nach Bedarf ist auch eine Zwischenmiete für 6 Monate möglich.
