Gesucht wird jemand, der mindestens 6 Monate in der WG bleiben möchte.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem 28.02.2023 frei. Der Untermietvertrag muss nach Ablauf der 6 Monate neu bestätigt werden, falls der Wunsch besteht, auch langfristig mit uns zu wohnen, was wir sehr begrüßen würden.
Luftiges Zimmer zentrumsnah in ruhiger Lage mit sehr lieben Mitbewohnern sucht eine/n Bewohner/in! Du kannst ab Ende September hier einziehen.
Dein Zimmer ist 18 m² groß, hell, lichtdurchflutet, die Decken sind über 4 Meter hoch (Entfaltungsmöglichkeit für kluge und kreative Ideen) und stuckverziert. Es ist auch mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet – Hochbett (1,40x2,00m) mit Matratze, Schränke, Regale und ein Schreibtisch kannst du gegen eine Ablösesumme (580 Euro komplett und ohne Matratze 400 Euro) von mir übernehmen. Sie sind sehr neu und haben kaum Abnutzungspuren. Bei deinem Besuch können wir die Dinge zu unserer Zufriedenheit klären :)
Im März 2019 haben wir eine neue schicke Einbauküche bekommen (Ceranherd, Spülmaschine, viel Stauraum).
Im Bad findest du außerdem einen Toplader und Wäscheständer.
Zu der Miete: das Zimmer (mit anteilig berechneter Toilette, Flur und Küche) kostet kalt 229€/mtl.
Heizung und Wasser kosten 56,70€/mtl.
Telefon und Strom belaufen sich auf 23,33€/mtl.
Der Vermieter rechnet: ca. 285,70€ ( 229€ + 56,70€ )Hauptkosten und 23,33€ Nebenkosten im Monat zu entrichten.
Falls du Raucher/in bist, kein Problem - wir haben einen Hof und Garten (dort kann man bei schönem Wetter seine Wäsche aufhängen)

The room is 18m², bright and very light. It’s furnished with everything you need – loft bed (1,40m x 2,00m) plus mattress, cupboards, shelfs and a big, large desk. Actually, I would like to have between 400 (minus the mattress) to 600 bugs for the furniture but if you say that you don't need everything, we'll definitely find a solution :)

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit 3 Straßenbahnlinien (6/7/12) und 2 Buslinien in zwei bis fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Sie bringen dich in 8 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. FH / 15 min bis zur TU / 12 min bis in die Altstadt / 15 min in die Neustadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles in nahezu der selben Zeit zu erreichen.
REWE, dm und Co. gibt es reichlich in direkter Umgebung (ca. fünf Minuten per pedes).

Every important place is easy and fast to reach – 15 min to the main station or to the university, 12 min to the historic city, 20 min to the new town. Shopping possibilities are in close proximity. (REWE and Kaufland)
Wir sind Frank (35, Azubi) und Anna-Sophie (30,Medienfrau). Frank ist ein überaus angenehmer Mitbewohner. Er macht gerade eine weitere Ausbildung zum Ergotherapeuten. Anna singt viel und man hört aus ihrem Zimmer ab und an ihren Gitarrensound. Beide sind recht gesellige Personen. Mit uns kann man über alles reden und sich auch mal gemeinsam zum Kochen, Quatschen oder zu Feierabend-Bier, -Wein oder -milch in der Küche treffen. Wir freuen uns auf einen offenen, entspannten und ein wenig aufmerksamen Mitmenschen - so wie wir :)
We are Frank (35) and Anna-Sophie (30 Media Gal). Frank is currently doing a apprenticeship as an ergo therapist. Anna is singing a lot and plays guitar.
We are people to talk to about almost everything. Feel free to meet up with us from time to time for cooking, a chit chat or an after work-beer, -wine or -milk. Some awarness is necessary in our daily life. Combined with our „easy going life style“ and frankness our cohabitation with you will be a happy one :)
