This flat has the best location! The bus stops just a few steps from the courtyard and the S-Bahn/train is only a 10 min. walk away. Cafes, restaurants, and bars are also less the 10 minutes walk away. The Heide forestpark is only about 5-10 minutes away for trail running or mountain biking. Mandala bouldering gym is only 8 minutes away by bike, too. The nearest supermarket is just down the street (Netto), but Rewe, Edeka, and Aldi are 5-10 minutes by bike.

I am a highly educated, internationally-minded person who has her feet on the ground and loves being active outside and culture, too. Having a clean, peaceful flat is important to me, and I am looking for someone who shares those values, too.
I am especially keen on outdoorsy folks who enjoy a healthy lifestyle and are looking for a quiet place to chill and maybe have an occasional outing or relaxed weekend coffee/tea or wine/beer, with friendly conversation. I like to cook and bake, but not every day. I am very clean but don't really follow a strict cleaning schedule.

Ich bin eine hochgebildete, international denkende Person, die mit beiden Beinen auf dem Boden steht und gerne draußen aktiv ist und auch Kultur liebt. Eine saubere, ruhige Wohnung ist mir wichtig und ich suche jemanden, der diese Werte auch teilt.
Ich suche insbesondere nach einem Menschen, der gerne draußen ist, einen gesunden Lebensstil genießt und einen ruhigen Ort zum Entspannen und vielleicht einen gelegentlichen Ausflug oder ein entspanntes Wochenende bei Kaffee/Tee oder Wein/Bier mit freundlichen Gesprächen sucht. Ich koche und backe gerne, aber nicht jeden Tag. Ich bin sehr sauber, halte aber keinen strengen Putzplan ein.

This flatshare would suit someone who is either a postgraduate student or working. I work partly from home, and the room could suit someone who also needs a good internet connection (4G LTE-5G, up to 100 mbit/s). There is underfloor heating and the walls are quite thick, so there is no need for cold feet in winter. :)

Diese WG ist für jemanden geeignet, der entweder ein Postgraduierten-Student oder Berufstätiger ist. Ich arbeite teilweise von zu Hause aus und das Zimmer könnte für jemanden geeignet sein, der auch eine gute Internetverbindung (4G LTE-5G, bis zu 100 Mbit/s) benötigt. Es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung und die Wände sind ziemlich dick, sodass man im Winter keine kalten Füße haben muss.
