Die WG befindet sich im Dachgeschoss. Auf Sie warten zwei miteinander verbundendene Zimmer (die vom vorherigen Mitbewohner als Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer genutzt wurden). Die Wohnung hat außerdem ein großes gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, zwei Bäder - eins mit Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne. Das Einzige was dieser Wohnung fehlt ein dritter Mitbewohner.
Bushaltestellen der Linien 11 und 66 sind 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. In 10 Minuten erreicht man die SLUB, in 15 Minuten ist man auf dem Campus - ebenfalls zu Fuß, mit dem Rad bei gutem Wetter noch schneller.
In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Park. Zum Joggen ist der Große Garten relativ nah.
