Einfach, aber zweckmäßig möbliert mit Bett, Schrank, Stuhl und Schreibtisch.
Großes helles Bad mit Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken.
Einfache Kochgelegenheit im Flur.
Ruhige Lage, ca. 6 km von Mosbach entfernt. Zum S-Bahn Anschluss ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg.
Mosbach ist auch gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, ein Radweg abseits der Straßen führt an einem schönen Bach vorbei.
In Dallau gibt es alles was nötig ist - Bank, Apotheke, Supermarkt usw.
Außerdem schöner Naturpfad in der Nähe.
Mitbewohner sind Studenten der DHBW Mosbach und Wochenend-Berufspendler.
Recht ruhiges Zusammenleben, sodass man sich gut auf Uni oder ähnliches konzentrieren kann.
Vermieter wohnt ein Stockwerk darunter.
