Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und freundlich. Mit tollem Blick ins Grüne. Ruhige Wohnlage und nette Nachbarn.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem Reihenmittelhaus in Eriskirch. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 300m, dort kann man auch parken, falls man ein Auto hat. In der Nähe befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Ein kleines Bad ist zur alleinigen Benutzung im Erdgeschoss. Nichtraucher gewünscht, keine Haustiere. Keine Waschmöglichkeit, im Zimmer wird, wenn gewünscht eine Grill-Mikrowelle und ein kleiner Kühlschrank zur Verfügung gestellt. WLAN inclusive.
Alle Mitbewohner benutzen den gleichen Treppenaufgang. Ich wünsche mir einen ruhigen langfristigen Mitbewohner.
Nur 3 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Nach Friedrichshafen und Lindau gute Anbindungen.
Dies ist eine Zweck-WG. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Bereich.
