Hey Ihr Lieben,

aufgrund einer spontanen Absage haben wir ein Angebot für dich in unserer großen WG in unserem Hausprojekt in Woltersdorf, in der Nähe von Erkner, östlich Grenze Brandenburg/Berlin. Wir wohnen in einem großen Haus mit riesigem Garten unfern von Seen und Wäldern mit guter Verbindung zu Zug / Sbahn (25-45min zum Ostkreuz).
Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert werden, wir haben ein Paar Möbel.
Die Möbel auf den Fotos sind nicht mehr in dem Zimmer.
Das Zimmer kann eventuell längerfristig / langfristig vermietet werden, auch wird ab Mai wahrscheinlich ein anderes Zimmer frei.

Wir sind zwischen 30 und 45 Jahre gemischt, in verschiedenen Bereichen und in der Veranstaltungsszene tätig, keine strenge Gemeinschaftsregeln aber dem Wunsch nach geteilten Werten wie freundschaftliches Miteinander, regelmäßiges Kochen, wöchentliches Meeting, saunieren, baden an den umliegenden Seen, am Feuer sitzen, uvm.

Wir suchen 1 Person die Lust hat etwas aktives im, am und ums Haus herum zu gestalten, die finanziell selbst in der Lage ist diesen Beitrag zu zahlen, kinderfreundlich (1 Mädchen, 7 Jahre am Wochenende zu Besuch) freuen uns dich kennenzulernen mit all dem was du mitbringst!

Hey dear ones, due to a spontaneous cancellation, we have an offer for you: a room with approx. 20 square meters in our large shared apartment in our house project in Woltersdorf, near Erkner, east of the Brandenburg border/ Berlin.
The furniture in the photos is no longer in the room, but the room could be partially furnished :)
The room may potentially be available for long-term/long-term rental, and another room will probably become available from May onwards.

We are between 30 and 45 years old, work in different areas and in the event scene, no strict community rules but the desire for shared values such as friendly togetherness, regular cooking, weekly meetings, sauna, swimming in the surrounding lakes, sitting by the fire, and much more .

We are looking for 1 person who would like to do something active in, on and around the house, who are financially able to pay this fee, child-friendly (1 girl, 7 years old visiting on the weekend).

Wir sind ein bunter Haufen an Herzensmenschen und treffen uns einmal wöchentlich für Organisation und Sharing. Diesen Frühling wollen wir im Garten aktiv werden und wieder Gemüse anbauen, und verschiedene Baustellen angehen. Daher sind helfende Hände sehr willkommen und auch jegliche Handwerkskünste.

We are a mixed bunch of open hearted people and meet 1 a week for sharing and organizing. This spring we intend to get busy in the big garden and plant vegetables. We also have lots of projects, so a pair of helping hands are very welcome. Also any craft skills are invited!

We share basics of food, like rice, oats, etc. and cleaning supplies, etc.
We also have a cleaning lady coming every other week, yet we like to keep it tidy in the shared spaces.

Wir haben 1 großen Hung und eine Katze, daher ist unser Bedarf an Tieren erst mal ausgeschöpft. Danke für dein Verständnis.
We have a big dog and a cat downstairs, and have no need for more at the moment :)
