Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber dem Zoo an der Grenze zwischen Nordend und Ostend. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – die Haltestelle Habsburger Allee ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt es praktische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bei Penny und Rewe in Gehweite.

The apartment is located directly opposite the zoo on the border between Nordend and Ostend. The transport connections are excellent - the Habsburger Allee stop is only a few minutes away. There are also convenient shopping facilities at Penny and Rewe within walking distance.

Wir, Emilio und Emilia (beide 23), leben seit einem Jahr zusammen in Frankfurt und ziehen zum 28.12 in diese schöne Wohnung. Emilia macht aktuell ein Praktikum in einer Startup-Beratung und plant einen BWL-Master in Mannheim. Emilio startet im Januar ein Praktikum in einer M&A-Boutique und wird an der Frankfurt School Finance studieren.

Wir sind eher ruhige Menschen, kochen gerne, laden Freunde ein und genießen entspannte Abende zu Hause. Emilio sammelt Wein, spielt im Sommer Golf und Fußball. Emilia kocht gerne vegan, malt, geht zum Yoga und engagiert sich im Leo Club Frankfurt. Neuerdings nehmen wir Tennisstunden und hoffen im Sommer gut genug zu sein, um anständig spielen zu können.

We, Emilio and Emilia (both 23), have been living together in Frankfurt for a year and are moving into this beautiful apartment on December 28th. Emilia is currently doing an internship at a start-up consultancy and is planning to do a Master's degree in Business Administration in Mannheim. Emilio is starting an internship at an M&A boutique in January and will be studying finance at Frankfurt School.

We tend to be quiet people, like to cook, invite friends over and enjoy relaxed evenings at home. Emilio collects wine and plays golf and soccer in the summer. Emilia likes to cook vegan food, paint, go to yoga and is involved in the Leo Club Frankfurt. We have recently started taking tennis lessons and hope to be good enough to play properly in the summer.

Die aktuelle Miete für das Zimmer beläuft sich auf 750€ und könnte je nach Nebenkosten noch variieren, was wir momentan noch nicht genau abschätzen können. Der Einzug ist sowohl zum 01.01. als auch zum 15.01. möglich. Leider beziehen wir die Wohnung erst am 28.12., weshalb wir momentan nur wenige Bilder vom Vormieter zur Verfügung haben. Nach unserem Einzug werden wir jedoch umgehend neue Fotos hochladen. The current rent for the room is €750 and could vary depending on additional costs, which we cannot yet estimate exactly. Moving in is possible on 01.01. as well as on 15.01. Unfortunately, we will not be moving into the apartment until 28.12., which is why we only have a few pictures of the previous tenant available at the moment.
