The apartment is located on the 5th floor (without elevator!) in the renovated old building and is distributed on two floors. On the lower floor would be your room, a living room, a guest toilet and the bright, open kitchen with adjoining balcony in the green. On the upper floor is the bathroom, a through-room for drying laundry, as well as another room.
The apartment is fully furnished. In your room there is a bed, desk with chair and wardrobe. Through the large windows the rooms are very bright and have skyline views.
Washing and washing machine are also available in the apartment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Stock (ohne Aufzug!) im sanierten Altbau und ist auf zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im unteren Stockwerk wäre dein Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Gäste-WC und die helle, offene Wohnküche mit angrenzendem Balkon ins Grüne. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Bad, ein Durchgangsraum für z.B. dem Trocknen von Wäsche sowie ein weiteres Zimmer.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert. In deinem Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Kleiderschrank. Durch die großen Fenster sind die Zimmer sehr hell und haben Skyline Blick.
Spül- und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls in der Wohnung vorhanden.
The apartment is located in the Eschersheimer Landstraße in the western north. The situation could hardly be better: The Holzhausen and Grüneburgpark are located right around the corner and restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities are nearby. The stops Holzhausenstraße and Grüneburgweg (U1,U2,U3,U8) are just a few minutes away. You can also walk to the city centre in just 10 minutes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Eschersheimer Landstraße im westlichen Nordend. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: Der Holzhausen- und Grüneburgpark sind direkt um die Ecke und Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Haltestellen Holzhausenstraße und Grüneburgweg (U1,U2,U3,U8) liegen nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Auch in die Innenstadt erreichst du zu Fuß in nur ca. 10 Minuten.
In the apartment currently my friend Felix (34) and I, Anne (31). We are both professional and under the week most of the time in the office, but in the evening we like to have for a evening beer on the balcony.
Since we still have a second apartment in June, we will probably not be much in Frankfurt.
In der Wohnung wohnen aktuell mein Freund Felix (34) und ich, Anne (31). Wir sind beide berufstätig und unter der Woche die meiste Zeit im Büro, abends aber gerne mal für ein Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon zu haben.
Da wir im Juni noch eine zweite Wohnung haben, werden wir wahrscheinlich nicht viel in Frankfurt sein.
