Frankfurt am Main, close to Südbahnhof, very central, we have our own garden in the middle of the city, walking distance to Südbahnhof is 3min, U-Bahn is very easily reachable, a kind of posh part of town so sadly most shops around here are quite expensive. Trains to Fulda, Darmstadt and anywhere South usually go from here. Downside is: our garden is right next to the train tracks, so its a bit loud sometimes in the garden (but not in your room)

We like to live with a lot of people (when there isnt a pandemic). We like to have a pleasant buzz of people going in the common rooms (when there isnt a pandemic). We like couchsurfing and offer our couch regularly (when there isnt a pandemic). We organise brunches, occasional big parties (~5 times a year) (guess what, when there isnt a pandemic!) and have a range of evening things going that change frequently, like a tell-us-about-your-work-workshop. All of those are optional but encouraged to participate in obviously. :) We would really like if you also wanted to organise things and help create a wonderful inviting and warm atmosphere for whatever kind of event we want to organise. Of course well also help you with these :)

That being said, we all have regular jobs and next to our love lifes, hobbies and sleep, we do not have time to have some event on all the time. Most weekday evenings people are in their rooms or not at home at all, i for one can feel quite alone in the huge flat. Also: your room is your room and you will not be disturbed there if you choose to close the door. The walls are quite noise resistant, although not impervious.

Important for us is: were explicitly looking for people that are okay with other humans running around butt naked at all times of the hourglass. Most of us active in the BDSM-Scene and we have the habit of occasionally using the common rooms for play, we'd appreciate if youre either doing that too or are cool with things happening around you. Also none of us live monogamously and its important that youre okay with that too. In sum, the flat has quite an inviting hippy vibe to it, feel free to invite your friends too! :D (Note: everything is optional. You dont have to participate in anything if you dont want to. But if just being around these things happening is already making you uncomfortable, were probably not a great match)

Were a happy bunch, clean and tidy (for a shared flat) and thats what were looking for in our new flatmate too.
