So ist die beliebte Gegend um die Leipziger Straße mit ihren Kneipen und Restaurant nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Ohmstr. ist aber selbst eine ruhige Nebenstraße mit sehr gepflegter Umgebung, sodass die Wohnung ruhig gelegen ist.

The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a well-kept terraced house and is situated in the trendy district of Bockenheim, which is traditionally student-oriented due to its proximity to Campus West. Thus, the popular area around Leipziger Straße with its pubs and restaurant is only 10 minutes away on foot. However, Ohmstr. itself is a quiet side street with very well-kept surroundings, so the apartment is quietly located.

Public transport is easy to reach:
- S-Bahn & RE, Frankfurt West (several lines towards Eschborn): 3 minutes walk, 1 minute by bike.
- Streetcar, Kuhwaldstraße: 3 minutes walk, 1 minute by bike

Die WG wird neu gegründet, daher gibt es noch keine Mitbewohner*innen, die bereits in der Wohnung leben. Die WG befindet sich in einem Haus mit mehreren Parteien, weswegen die WG tendenziell für Berufstätige oder ältere Studierende geeignet ist. Eine Party-WG würde nicht ins Haus und in die Nachbarschaft passen.

Wir werden mit jeder*m Mieter*in einen eigenen Vertrag abschließen, lassen der WG aber gerne Freiheit bei der Auswahl ihrer Mitbewohner*innen.

The flat share will be newly founded, so there are no flatmates who already live in the apartment. The flat share is located in a house with several parties, which is why the flat share tends to be suitable for working people or older students. A party flat share would not fit well in the house and the neighborhood.
