In our large, bright well-being apartment, two rooms are free from 1.6.2025 – and we look forward to two new roommates who want to create a vibrant, loving and powerful new WG culture with us.
The rooms are all similarly large, flooded with light and lie towards the morning sun – with direct access to the balcony where you can start the day with a coffee. In the evening, the communal room gives us a wonderful sunset over the district and the cozy beer garden right in front of our door.
The apartment is located in a modern passive house (first about 5 years old), is super isolated, wonderfully bright and offers a lot of space for life:
🛁 Two bathrooms (one with tub, both with shower)
🍲 Large kitchen with complete equipment - currently only a small oven and no dishwasher - works well without, three refrigerators, washing machine and plenty of space for common cooking. If we're back to fifth, we'll be able to plan a dishwasher and possibly a larger oven.
🛋️ A common room, a long hall with wardrobe, a spacious balcony for everyone, an attic for free use
🚲 Bicycle cellar, additional washing machine in the basement and mostly free parking right in front of the house
The location is a real highlight: nature & city perfectly connected – bakery, cafe with table tennis, river, forest, tram station, outdoor swimming pool and shopping center ZO are all just a few minutes away. You can relax in the city centre in 5-10 minutes.

Currently there are two men – Urs & I (the host of this text). We deliberately want a balanced gender relationship, so we tend to look for three women who want to shape together a powerful, harmonious WG life.
From June there is something new here – and from the start you can talk about how our WG should be in the future. 🌱✨
We wish people who are happy to enter this common process. Everything must be created – relaxed, but determined.
What else is important:
– Hot rent is currently about 650 € incl. power drop (40 €)
– A new washing machine has just been purchased – here are 55 € discount provided by the renters
– The room is unfurnished, but everything in the common rooms is already available – you don’t need to bring anything further

In unserer großen, hellen Wohlfühl-Wohnung werden ab dem 1.6.2025 zwei Zimmer frei – und wir freuen uns auf zwei neue Mitbewohner, die Lust haben, mit uns eine lebendige, liebevolle und kraftvolle neue WG-Kultur zu gestalten.
Die Zimmer sind alle ähnlich groß, lichtdurchflutet und liegen zur Morgensonne hin – mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon, auf dem du mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten kannst. Der Gemeinschaftsraum schenkt uns abends einen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang über dem Stadtviertel und den gemütlichen Biergarten direkt vor unserer Tür.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem modernen Passivhaus (erst ca. 5 Jahre alt), ist super isoliert, wunderbar hell und bietet richtig viel Raum zum Leben:
🛁 Zwei Bäder (eins mit Wanne, beide mit Dusche)
🍲 Große Küche mit kompletter Ausstattung - aktuell nur ein kleiner Ofen und keine Spülmaschine - klappt aber auch gut ohne, drei Kühlschränken, Waschmaschine und viel Platz für gemeinsames Kochen. Wenn wir wieder zu fünft sind können wir gemeinsam überlegen eine Spülmaschine und eventuell einen größeren Ofen zu holen.
🛋️ Ein Gemeinschaftsraum, ein langer Flur mit Garderobe, ein großzügiger Balkon für alle, ein Dachboden zur freien Nutzung
🚲 Fahrradkeller, zusätzliche Waschmaschine im Keller und meist kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus
Die Lage ist ein echtes Highlight: Natur & Stadt perfekt verbunden – Bäckerei, Café mit Tischtennis, Fluss, Wald, Tramstation, Freibad und das Einkaufszentrum ZO sind alle nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. In die Innenstadt radelst du entspannt in 5–10 Minuten.

Aktuell wohnen hier zwei Männer – Urs & ich (der Gastgeber dieses Textes). Wir wünschen uns bewusst ein ausgeglichenes Geschlechterverhältnis, daher suchen wir tendenziell nach drei Frauen, die mit uns gemeinsam ein kraftvolles, harmonisches WG-Leben gestalten möchten.
Ab Juni entsteht hier etwas Neues – und du kannst von Anfang an mitprägen, wie unsere WG künftig sein soll. 🌱✨
Wir wünschen uns Menschen, die sich mit Freude auf diesen gemeinsamen Prozess einlassen. Alles darf entstehen – entspannt, aber entschlossen.

– Eine neue Waschmaschine wurde gerade angeschafft – hier sind 55 € Abschlag von den Vormietenden vorgesehen
– Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber alles in den Gemeinschaftsräumen ist bereits vorhanden – du brauchst nichts weiter mitzubringen

Our apartment is wonderfully tied and at the same time beautifully natural – a real gift in everyday life:
– In about 20 minutes you are in the city centre – quite relaxed along the river
– You only need about 10 minutes by bike
– Or you take the tram: direct connection without change – in approx. 5 minutes you're in the middle of town
If you are looking for the address:
Schwarzwaldstraße 82a (beim Gasthaus Schiff) – Warning, Google Maps sometimes does not display the place quite correctly. The best way to get to Schwarzwaldstraße 82 / Gasthaus "Schiff" – then you're right.

Unsere Wohnung liegt wunderbar angebunden und gleichzeitig herrlich naturnah – ein echtes Geschenk im Alltag:
– In ca. 20 Minuten bist du im Stadtzentrum – ganz entspannt am Fluss entlang spazierend
– Mit dem Fahrrad brauchst du nur etwa 10 Minuten

✨ And how is the WG life here? ✨
For us it is more than just a practical living form – we like to live together here. Not in the sense of a perfect community, but with real interest to each other, openness and the desire that everyone feels comfortable. We appreciate the small moments of everyday life – common cooking, spontaneous conversations in the kitchen, an evening beer on the balcony or simply the feeling that someone is when you get out of the day.
No one has to be present at all times – everyone has room for themselves, and that is also important to us. But when it comes to connection, it is honest, light and pleasant. We believe that good coexistence does not happen by itself – but if you are with heart and clarity, it can grow something really nice.
✨ Und wie ist das WG-Leben hier so? ✨
Für uns ist es mehr als nur eine praktische Wohnform – wir leben hier gern zusammen. Nicht im Sinne einer perfekten Gemeinschaft, aber mit echtem Interesse aneinander, Offenheit und dem Wunsch, dass sich alle wohlfühlen. Wir schätzen die kleinen Alltagsmomente – gemeinsames Kochen, spontane Gespräche in der Küche, ein Feierabendbier auf dem Balkon oder einfach das Gefühl, dass da jemand ist, wenn man aus dem Tag kommt.
Dabei muss niemand ständig präsent sein – jede*r hat Raum für sich, und das ist uns auch wichtig. Aber wenn Verbindung entsteht, ist sie ehrlich, leicht und wohltuend. Wir glauben daran, dass gutes Zusammenleben nicht von allein passiert – aber wenn man mit Herz und Klarheit dabei ist, kann daraus etwas richtig Schönes wachsen.
