Hi. Ich suche dringend zum sofortigen Zeitpunktt ein Wg-Zimmer. Möglichst nicht unter 18 qm.
Bin männlich, Single, 59 und in der Freizeitbranche tätig. Bin Tierlieb und hab kein Problem mit Hund od. Katz. Ich kann auch mal die Betreuung übernehmen. Hausmeistertätigkeiten können ebenfalls übernommen werden. Ein zwangloses Treffen/Unterhaltung kann uns sicher helfen, uns gegenseitig kennen zu lernen.
Wäre gut, wenn die Miete bei ca. € 350,oo/380,oo liegen würde.
Wenn möglich such ich eine langfristige Bleibe, wenn es paßt
