Das Haus hat insgesamt5 Zimmer. DAs Zimmer selbst ist sehr hell mit Blick in die Berge und Balkon. Durch die Fensterläden kann es im Sommer sehr kühl gehalten werden und bleibt aufgrund der großen Terassentür sehr hell. Es verfügt über eine Fußbodenheizung.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Züge halten stündlich.
Mitbewohner sind mein kleiner Sohn (halbe Woche) und ich. Schön wäre es, wenn wir ab und etwas zusammen unternehmen können. Ob in die Berge gehen oder kochen - ist zunächst zweitrangig. Die Chemie sollte passen. Sauberkeit ist mir sehr wichtig.
