Das Zimmer ist mit 8 qm zwar das kleinste Zimmer der Wohnung, aber sehr hell und gemütlich. Effizientes Nutzen des Platzes ist natürlich von Vorteil (z.B. mit einem ausziehbaren Bett für Besuch). Das große Fenster des Zimmers geht zum Balkon und außerdem Richtung Süden raus, wodurch die Sonne tagsüber reinscheint.
Die alten Möbel können bei Wunsch übernommen werden - das wären ein Bettgestell mit Matratze, ein Schreibtisch, ein Drehstuhl sowie eine Kleiderstange mit einigen Bügeln. Dafür möchte deine Vormieterin 85 € Ablöse haben. Wenn du deine einigen Möbel mitbringen möchtest, geht das auch. Falls irgendwann jemand anderes ausziehen sollte, besteht natürlich die Möglichkeit, innerhalb der Wohnung in das mittlere oder ganz große Zimmer zu wechseln.

The room is the smallest room in the shared flat. Efficient use of space is thus advantageous (e.g. with a pull-out bed and a hanging clothes rail), but the size also makes the room nice and cozy. The big window of the room looks onto the balcony and towards the South, through which lots of light can enter the room during the day.
You can keep the furniture, if you want to - this would include the bed with a matress, the table, the chair and the clothes rail), but you can also bring your own furniture or have a look at second-hand furniture on Kleinanzeigen for example.
If another person moves out, it is of course possible to move into one of the bigger rooms in the flat.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Mit dem Rad erreicht man in nur vier Minuten den Z-Campus (einfach direkt geradeaus die Straße runter), in 8 Minuten die Innenstadt. Der Hochschulsport und der Nordcampus sind in die andere Richtung ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. Vor dem Haus gibt es direkt eine Bushaltestelle ("Christophorusweg"), eine weitere Bushaltestelle mit anderen Anbindungen befindet sich in der Parallelstraße ("Robert-Koch-Straße").
Wohnung und Haus sind sehr ruhig und es gibt sehr nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in alle Richtungen.

The apartment is very centrally located. By bike you can reach the main campus in only four minutes down the street, and the city center in 8 minutes. The university sports center ("Hochschulsport") and the Northcampus are about 10 minutes away by bike in the other direction. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house ("Christophorusweg"), and another bus stop with other connections is located in the parallel street ("Robert-Koch-Straße").
Both flat and house are quiet and there are several supermarkets just around the corner.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnis heißen Lykka und Christiane. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und offen für verschiedene gemeinsame Aktivitäten (z.B. Sport, Kochen, Spieleabende). Lykka studiert im 7. Semester Ökosystemmanagement, Christiane schließt gerade ihren Psychologie-Bachelor ab und beginnt dieses Wintersemester einen 2-Fach-Bachelor in Französisch und Geschlechterforschung. Wir gehen mittags oft in die Mensa und sind abends häufig mit Freund*innen unterwegs. Damit wir uns nicht ständig verpassen, verabreden wir uns regelmäßig innerhalb der WG, z.B. für ein gemeinsames Frühstück am Wochenende oder einen Spieleabend.
Uns sind ökologische und feministische Themen wichtig - wir wünschen uns auch ein Bewusstsein dieser Themen deinerseits.
Wir sind aufgeschlossen und schätzen ein freundliches Miteinander, sodass sich alle wohl und zuhause fühlen :)
In der WG gibt es einen Putzplan, bei dem jeweils eine Person einmal in der Woche die Küche und das Bad putzt, während die dritte Person Pause hat. Dabei rotieren wir wöchentlich. Eigentlich klar, aber wir schreiben es nochmal zur Sicherheit: Die Einhaltung des Putzplans ist uns wichtig, und wir erwarten, dass Personen in den gemeinsamen Räumen hinter sich her räumen und die Räume nutzbar für die anderen hinterlassen :)

Your new roommates are Lykka and Christiane. They both are very friendly and open for various activities (e.g. sports, cooking, game nights). Lykka studies Ecosystem management in 7th semester and Christiane is about to finish her Bachelor in Psychology and starts a new Bachelor in French and Gender Studies this winter semester. We often go to the Mensa for lunch and meet friends in the evening. To make sure to see each other at some point during the week we meet for breakfast at the weekend or for game nights.
We value ecological and feminst topics - we would be happy if you care on a similar level.
We are open-minded people and like to have a friendly and nice flatware environment where everyone feels at peace and home :)
There is a cleaning schedule in the shared flat, where one person cleans the kitchen and one person the bathroom once a week, respectively, while the third person is on a break. We rotate weekly. It is obvious, but we prefer to say it anyways: keeping to the cleaning schedule is important to us, and we expect people to clean up after themselves in the common areas and leave the rooms usable for the others :)
