Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, Nähe Augarten, gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Einkäuftsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Hofer, Apotheke). Der Jakominiplatz als zentraler Umsteigeort ist in ca. 7min zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich schräg gegenüber vom Haus.
Der Augartenpark sowie Murradweg und das Augartenbad sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß und gut per
Rad erreichbar.
The apartment is very centrally located near Augarten. Shopping facilities (Spar, Hofer, pharmacy) are in the immediate vicinity. Jakominiplatz, the central transfer point, can be reached on foot in approx. 7 minutes. There is a bus stop diagonally opposite the house.
The Augartenpark as well as the Murradweg and the Augartenbad can be reached in a few minutes on foot and of course by bike as well.
