Ich suche eine/n Mitbewohner/in in meiner Wohnung in Oberschwandorf (Haiterbach). Die Wohnung ist ca. 87qm groß und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten, sowie zwei Balkone und Fußbodenheizung im Badezimmer. Das Bad verfügt über ein Waschbecken, eine Badewanne und Dusche. Dort befindet sich auch die Waschmaschine. Das freie Zimmer wäre ca. 15qm groß und grenzt an das Wohnzimmer an. Zurzeit dient es für mich als Büro.
Das Haus liegt oberhalb Oberschwandorfs und bietet daher eine herrliche Aussicht. Da der Wald nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt ist, lädt dieser zum Spazierengehen ein.
Ich selbst bin 23 Jahre alt und weiblich. Bin berufstätig und eher eine ruhige Person, die allerdings für jeden Spaß zu haben ist. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, lese gerne oder gehe spazieren und feiern. Generell bin ich offen für jede Art von Zusammenleben, Hauptsache es passt :)
