Das Zimmer hat eine Größe von 16qm und ist nahezu quadratisch geschnitten. Die beiden großen Fenster und die hohen Decken sorgen für viel Licht im Raum. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt ca. 60 Quadratmeter mit einem großen Eingangsbereich, einer hellen, gut ausgestatteten Küche und einem großen Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Dusche. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen kleinen Hinterhof, in dem man im Sommer grillen kann, und einen Kellerraum, in dem Ihr Fahrrad aufbewahrt werden kann.
Wenn ich gehe, würde ich gerne mein Bett (140 cm Größe), die Vorhänge und den Spiegel an den neuen Mieter verkaufen.

Die WG liegt im Medizinerviertel in der Nähe des Steintors. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ein großer Rewe und ein großer Lidl) sowie Bäcker sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Zu Fuß sind es in die Innenstadt auch nur 15 Minuten, zum Hauptcampus 10 Minuten und zum Steintor-Campus sogar nur 5 Minuten. Wenn man mal keine Lust hat, zu Fuß zu gehen, ist man auch in 4 Minuten an der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle ("Am Steintor" bzw. "Friesenstraße"), von wo aus regelmäßig Bahnen Richtung Marktplatz, Reileck, Hauptbahnhof und Trotha fahren.

The shared apartment is located in the medical district near the Steintor. Shopping options (a large Rewe and a large Lidl) as well as bakeries are within a 5-minute walk. It's only a 15-minute walk to the city center, 10 minutes to the main campus, and even just 5 minutes from the Steintor campus. If you don't feel like walking, the nearest tram stop ("Am Steintor" or "Friesenstraße") is also just a 4-minute walk away, where trams regularly depart towards Marktplatz, Reileck, Hauptbahnhof, and Trotha.
WG life
Deine neue Mitbewohnerin ist Sabine (27). Sie studiert Soziologie an der MLU, puzzelt gerne, liebt schöne Cafés und Spaziergänge auf der Peißnitz. Sie wird wahrscheinlich gegen Ende des Jahres auch ausziehen, daher hast du längerfristig auch die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung entweder alleine zu über-nehmen oder mit einer zweiten Person deiner Wahl eine WG zu gründen.
Unser WG-Leben ist entspannt, wir haben gerne mal zusammen gefrühstückt, Cafés besucht oder waren auf Konzerten oder anderen Veranstaltungen. Komm einfach mal auf einen Kaffee, Tee, Mate oder so rum, dann quatschen wir 😊

Your new roommate is Sabine (27). She studies sociology at MLU, likes to do puzzles, loves nice cafés and walks on the Peißnitz. She will probably move out at the end of the year, so in the long run you have the possibility to either take over the apartment alone or to start a shared apartment with a second person of your choice.
Our flat-sharing life is relaxed, we have enjoyed having breakfast together, visiting cafés or going to concerts or other events. Just come around for a coffee, tea, mate or something, then we chat 😊
