Ein Zimmer, dass etwa 12m^2 groß ist, schöne Pflanzen hat, einen Schreibtisch, eine Schlafcouch und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Zudem gibt es schöne Lampen und eine Lichterkette. Wir würden das Zimmer gern möbeliert vermieten. Es gibt aber auch einen Keller, wo ein paar Möbel bei Bedarf untergestellt werden könnten. Du kannst die Möbel aber auch selbstverständlich umstellen. Neben deinen Zimmern haben wir noch ein sehr sonniges und grünes Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Dreckenventilator, der die heißen Tage sehr erträglich macht. Auch eine ausklappbare Schlafcouch hat schon vielen Gästen ein warmes Bettchen beschert. In der ganzen Wohnung haben wir viele Pflanzen, die für gute Luft und Gesellschaft sorgen.
A room that is about 12m^2 in size, has beautiful plants, a desk, a sofa bed and a walk-in wardrobe. There are also beautiful lamps and fairy lights. We would like to rent the room furnished. However, there is also a cellar where some furniture could be stored if required. Of course, you can also move the furniture around. In addition to your rooms, we also have a very sunny and green living room with a small balcony and a corner fan, which makes the hot days very bearable. A fold-out sofa bed has also provided many guests with a warm bed. We have many plants throughout the flat, which provide good air and company.
Von zu Hause bist du innherhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß bei einem großen Rewe und Lidl (auch der 24h Edeka ist nicht weit), bist in 2 Minuten an der Haltestelle "Magdeburger Straße" und in 5 Minuten an der Haltestelle "Am Steintor". Am Steintor ist einer von Halles Hauptverkehrsknotenpunkten. Von hier kommst du eigentlich überall hin mit dem ÖPNV. Der Hauptbahnhof (ebenfalls gute ÖPNV Anbindung in alle Richtungen) ist zu Fuß 15 Minuten weg und eine Haltestelle mit der Tram. Halle eignet sich allerdings auch hervorragend zum Radfahren. Bis zu 2 Räder könnten wir dir für die Zeit auch mit vermieten. Im Grünen bist du auch ganz schnell. 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Stadtpark und zum sehr grünen, alten Nordfriedhof. Noch ein kleines Stück weiter (15 Minuten zu Fuß) bist du dann schon auf dem Versuchsfeld der Agrarwissenschaften in Halle (kleiner Geheimtipp;). Mit Tram und Rad (15 Minuten) bist du auch ganz schnell am Hufeisensee. Hier findet man auch an den heißesten Tagen noch eine Stelle für sich. Steintorcampus und Hauptcampus ist auch keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
From home you can walk to a large Rewe and Lidl supermarket within 5 minutes (the 24-hour Edeka supermarket is also not far away), you can be at the "Magdeburger Straße" stop in 2 minutes and at the "Am Steintor" stop in 5 minutes. Am Steintor is one of Halle's main transport hubs. From here you can actually get anywhere by public transport. The main railway station (also with good public transport connections in all directions) is a 15-minute walk away and one stop on the tram. Halle is also ideal for cycling. We can also rent you up to 2 bikes for the duration of your stay. You can also be in the countryside very quickly. 5 minutes on foot to the city park and the very green, old northern cemetery. A little further on (15 minutes on foot) you'll be at the Halle Agricultural Science Experimental Field (a little insider tip;). You can also get to the Hufeisensee lake very quickly by tram and bike (15 minutes). Even on the hottest days, you can still find a spot for yourself here. Steintorcampus and the main campus are also less than a 5-minute walk away.

Imane 22 Jahre alt , aus Morokko , studiert Ingenuierwesen bei Hochschule Merseburg , spricht sehr gut Deutsch , Französisch und Arabisch . Sie ist eine nette Mitbewohnerin , Sie würden sich total darauf freuen , zusammenzuleben
Wir suchen eine Person, welche Erfahrung im WG-Leben hat, selstständig putzen kann und sich um Pflanzen kümmert (sehr wichtig).
Wir haben uns letztes Jahr erst eine komplett neue Küche (für den perfekten Kochflow) zusammengeschraubt und neue energieeffiziente Geräte angeschafft. Außerdem gibt es noch eine gut sortierte Abstellkammer.
We just put together a completely new kitchen last year (for the perfect cooking flow) and bought new energy-efficient appliances. There is also a well-stocked utility room.
