The apartment has 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. In our beautiful, rustic kitchen we like to sit together or alone in the morning and start with a coffee fantastically in the day (Siebträgermaschine available). From the kitchen you have access to our small but fine balcony, which we call small Italy at sunset. We have a narrow Hamburg hose bath including a bathtub, where you can let the soul go. Your room has a small secretary, which you can fold after work, as well as a small sofa, which can be reduced to a two-seater, and where you can get sounded by music. Otherwise, clothes rack and dressers offer space for your clothes and a few books I will naturally get away! We also have a small basement compartment that you can use.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad. In unserer schönen, urigen Küche sitzen wir morgens gerne gemeinsam oder alleine und man startet mit einem Kaffe fantastisch in den Tag (Siebträgermaschine vorhanden). Von der Küche hat man Zugang auf unseren kleinen, aber feinen Balkon, den wir Abends beim Sonnenuntergang klein Italien nennen. Wir haben ein schmales Hamburger Schlauchbad inklusive Badewanne, in der man die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Dein Zimmer hat einen kleinen Sekretär, den man nach der Arbeit zuklappen kann, sowie ein kleines Sofa, welches man zu einem Zweisitzer verkleinern kann und auf dem man sich von Musik beschallen lassen kann. Ansonsten bieten Kleiderstange und Kommode Platz für deine Kleidung und ein paar Bücher räume ich natürlich weg! Wir haben auch ein kleines Kellerabteil welches du mitnutzen kannst.

Der 3-er, X3-er und 2er Bus, mit dem du in 5-15 Minuten nach Altona, Ottensen, St. Pauli oder in die Schanze fahren kannst ist 5 Minuten Fußläufig. In einer Entfernung von 10-15 Minuten erreichst du aber auch die S-Ottensen oder die S-Bahrenfeld, wo die S1 fährt. Mit dem Fahrrad ebenfalls.
We have been living together here for almost 5 years and have a very friendly, relaxed WG life. Our roommate Tom is from England and works full-time more often at home office. My roommate Louisa already lives in the apartment for the longest time and also works full-time at the university. We like to spend time in the kitchen together and talk, drink cafe on the balcony or eat together and walk our paths. Lou and I are very close friends and our little WG family has now been growing through Gisela, our cat. We take care of them together, with Lou and I share the main responsibility. Our WG-is definitely not a purpose WG, how to live together naturally depends on you, but a mutually relaxed and open coexistence would of course be great. As Gisela stumbles through the apartment, it would be important that you like cats and want them to stiffen through your room and sometimes like the others to play and feed them. Of course, you can also make your door if you want it, we take all mutual consideration, but we have the day over or if we are out of the house also a lot of the doors open. Otherwise, it is important to all of us that we take care of the apartment and make living together in all important agreements. :
Wir leben hier seit fast 5 Jahren gemeinsam und haben ein sehr freundschaftliches, entspanntes WG-Leben. Unser Mitbewohner Tom ist aus England und arbeitet Vollzeit öfter im Home Office. Meine Mitbewohnerin Louisa wohnt schon am längsten in der Wohnung und arbeitet ebenfalls Vollzeit an der Universität. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit in der Küche zusammen und verquatschen uns, trinken Cafe auf dem Balkon oder essen gemeinsam und gehen so unsere Wege. Lou und ich sind sehr enge Freunde und unsere kleine WG-Familie hat mittlerweile Zuwachs durch Gisela, unsere Katze bekommen. Wir kümmern uns gemeinsam um sie, wobei Lou und ich uns die Hauptverantwortung teilen. Unsere WG-ist definitiv keine Zweck-WG, wie man zusammen lebt gestaltet sich natürlich je nach euch, ein gegenseitig locker-freundliches und offenes Zusammenleben wäre aber natürlich toll. Da Gisela durch die Wohnung streift, wäre es wichtig, dass du Katzen magst und Lust darauf hast, dass sie durch dein Zimmer steifen darf und ab und an wie die anderen mit ihr spielst und fütterst. Du kannst natürlich deine Tür auch zumachen wenn du das möchtest, wir nehmen alle gegenseitig auch Rücksicht, jedoch haben wir den Tag über oder wenn wir außer Haus sind auch viel die Türen offen. Ansonsten ist uns allen wichtig, dass wir uns gut um die Wohnung kümmern und das Zusammenleben gemeinsam in Bezug auf alle wichtigen Absprachen zu gestalten. :)
