Hello, I am the owner of this apartment and I am renting out the furnished rooms. Bed linen and towels are provided. Registration is possible!
The apartment has 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. All additional costs are included in the rent. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, you can do that in the garden. The UKE is a few minutes away, and the "Kellinghusenstrasse" subway is 2 stops by bus. I'm not in Hamburg every day, so please ask in good time for a viewing.
You will live with 3 girls from different countries . and sometimes me, the owner.
There is a second room available in this flat.

Hallo, ich bin Eigentümer dieser Wohnung und vermiete die möblierten Zimmer. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich!
Die Wohnung hat 2 Badezimmer, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. In der Miete sind alle Nebenkosten enthalten. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden, das geht im Garten. Das UKE ist wenige Minuten entfernt, bis zur Ubahn "Kellinghusenstrasse" sind es 2 Stationen mit dem Bus. Ich bin nicht jeden Tag in Hamburg, für eine Besichtigung bitte rechtzeitig fragen. Es wohnen da 3 Studentinnen / FSJ aus verschiedenen Ländern . Ich glaube übrigens nicht das die vegetarisch oder vegan sind, da isst jede was sie will (nur falls das für dich wichtig wäre).
BITTE NICHT ANRUFEN SONDERN SCHREIBEN, MAIL ODER WHATSAPP. AM WOCHENENDE ANTWORTE ICH SPÄTER, EVTL. ERST MONTAGS .
Es ist keine Party-WG. In der ganzen Wohnung darf NICHT geraucht werden (!)
