Ich biete hier eine günstige, kuschelige Wohngemeinschaft an, gemeinsames Zimmer innerhalb einer größeren WG. Statt Miete gibt es nur einen Nebenkostenbeitrag von 250 €, aber der ist verhandelbar :) Kurz- oder langfristig, Anmeldung möglich. Das gemeinsame Zimmer hat 32m², Laminat-Fußboden, mehrere Kleiderschränke, Schreibtische, eine große Bett-Ecke bestehend aus 3 Einzelbetten, sowie einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht (Hochhaus).
Es gibt eine praktische offene Einbauküche mit Essbereich, ein Vollbad und eine Sauna im Keller.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am S-Bahnhof Thesdorf (noch innerhalb vom Großbereich HVV, Ringe AB).
Die S-Bahn fährt meistens alle 10 Minuten und braucht dann 20 min nach Hamburg-Altona und ca. 30 min zur Uni und in die City.
Es gibt ein paar Gehminuten entfernt von der Wohnung einen Rewe und einen Aldi, und direkt unten im Gebäude eine Bäckerei.

Cheap and cozy roomshare, short or long term, registration possible. The contribution to the costs is 250 € monthly, but it is negotiable :)
Nice shared room within a bigger flatshare in a condo at the train station Thesdorf (still within the main Hamburg public transport zone Ringe AB). The train goes mostly every 10 minutes and takes 20 minutes to Hamburg-Altona and around 30 minutes to University and Hamburg City.
The shared room is 32 m², has a nice balcony with a fantastic view (high rise), several beds, wardrobes and desks, and good wifi.
Then there is an open kitchen, a dinig area and a bathroom. In the basement we have a nice sauna.
