The room is 19 m2 and has a large window to the back. This makes it very quiet in the night and you get little from the road. The room is generally rented unfurnished (a white relatively new wardrobe can be taken over if necessary). In 2023 it was painted completely white and is not refurbished. This has the advantage that one does not have to remove the room itself white when it comes to an extract.
Das Zimmer ist 19 m² groß und verfügt über ein großes Fenster nach hinten raus. Dadurch ist es in der Nacht sehr ruhig und man bekommt wenig von der Straße mit. Das Zimmer wird grundsätzlich unmöbliert vermietet (ein weißer relativ neuer Kleiderschrank kann ggf. übernommen werden). 2023 wurde es komplett weiß gestrichen und wird nicht renoviert übergeben. Das hat zum Vorteil, dass man bei einem Auszug das Zimmer selbst nicht weiß streichen muss.

Wandsbeker Quarree. The shops are almost endless:) there are numerous grocery shops nearby as well as restaurants and bars.
The Eichtalpark and Mühlenteichpark are also nearby and invite you to walk and enstpannen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in Wandsbek gelegen.
Es sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn-Station
Wandsbek Markt und zum Einkaufszentrum
Wandsbeker Quarree. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fast unendlich :) es gibt zahlreiche Lebensmittelläden in der Nähe sowie auch Restaurants und Bars.
Der Eichtalpark und Mühlenteichpark sind ebenfalls in der Nähe und laden zum Spazierengehen und Enstpannen ein.

A harmonious and relaxed coexistence is very important to me and I would be very pleased with joint ventures (sport, film/series/game evenings, cooking, discovering new spots in Hamburg, walking, celebrations etc.). Since the kitchen and the living room are relatively open, the WG invites you to join each other in everyday life. At the same time, you should be able to withdraw and rest at any time.
In my spare time, I am very happy to do strength and endurance sports (sport classes/ gym over urban sports or jogging), spend my time with friends (going out, drinking coffee, brunching etc.) or with traveling new places.
In der WG würdest du zusammen mit mir wohnen. Ich bin Theresa, 29 Jahre alt und bin vor 2 Jahren zum Jobeinstieg in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung nach Hamburg gezogen.
Ein harmonisches und entspanntes Zusammenleben ist mir super wichtig und ich würde mich sehr über gemeinsame Unternehmungen freuen (Sport, Film-/ Serien-/ Spieleabende, Kochen, neue Spots in Hamburg entdecken, Spazierengehen, Feiern etc.). Da die Küche und das Wohnzimmer relativ offen gestaltet sind, lädt die WG zum Miteinander im Alltag ein :). Gleichzeitig sollte man sich jederzeit zurückziehen und zur Ruhe kommen können.
In meiner Freizeit mache ich super gerne Kraft- und Ausdauersport (Sportkurse/ Gym über Urban Sports oder joggen), verbringe meine Zeit mit Freund*innen (Ausgehen, Kaffee trinken, Brunchen etc.) oder damit, neue Orte zu bereisen.
The third room serves as a small relaxed living room. To the entrance of the apartment leads a walkway from which only this apartment departs - so it is a kind of balcony that is ideal for putting shoes outside and storing drinks.
Das dritte Zimmer fungiert als kleines entspanntes Wohnzimmer. Zum Hauseingang der Wohnung führt ein Laubengang, von dem nur diese Wohnung abgeht - somit ist es eine Art Balkon, der sich ideal anbietet, um Schuhe draußen hinzustellen und Getränke zu lagern.
