da ich mein Masters fertig sein und nach München umzeigen sind, vermiete ich mein schönes Zimmer in Handschuhsheim. Es ist 20 qm groß und hat eine große Fensterfront, weswegen es immer sehr schön hell ist. Vor allem kann man abends vom Schreibtisch aus den schönen Sonnenuntergang betrachten, dessen Sonnenstrahlen nochmal das ganze Zimmer erhellen. Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtgröße von 60 qm und wird als 2er Wg genutzt. Auch die Küche ist voll ausgestattet: 2 Kühlschränke, Waschmaschine und Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen etc. Das Bad besitzt eine Badewanne. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind durch einen großen Balkon verbunden, auf dem man den Abend gemütlich ausklingen lassen kann.

As I am finishing my Masters and moving to Munich, I am leaving my cozy WG. The apartment is a two-bedroom apartment for only women, located in Handschusheim. The room itself is 20 sq.m., and has a large window and entrance to a large balcony which connects the two bedrooms together, ensuring for much natural light throughout the day.
The apartment is 60 sq.m. total and is used as a WG. It includes a full bathroom, hallway (with storage), and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with two fridges (one for each person), a full stove, oven, microwave and other such necessities - and even a washing machine, so laundry can be done in the apartment!). The balcony has a great view of the farms in the back, and makes for nice dinners outside during the summer. The farms also have paths for running.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Toplage! Diejenigen, die es lieber ruhiger mögen, werden begeistert sein.
Zur Anbindung:
Zur Haltestelle Burgstraße sind es 3 Min. zu Fuß, von der aus die 5, 23 und 24 regelmäßig fahren. Zum Bismarckplatz und Hauptbahnhof kommt man in 10 min, zur PH sind es nur wenige Stationen (ca 5 min) und auch zum Technologiepark kommt man innerhalb weniger Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten:
Zum Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, DM, Bioladen, Apotheke u.a. sind es ca 3-4 min zu Fuß. Zum Penny muss man eine Station weiter fahren.
Für diejenigen, die gerne Sport machen: In 2 min ist man an einem Feldweg, der Perfekt für Sportliche Aktivitäten (Laufen, Fahrrad, walken, joggen etc) geeignet ist. Außerdem wird dort Gemüse angebaut, das man auch vor Ort kaufen kann-100 Prozent Bio also :)
Auch gibt es heir einen Hausmeister, der sich um alles Organisatorische und alles was mit der Hausverwaltung zu tun hat kümmert und an den man sich immer wenden kann, falls etwas sein sollte. Die Wohnung hat einen eigenen Parkplatz und Keller, genauso wie Fahrradstellplatz.

Transportation
The closest stop is Burgstrasse, which has the 5, 23, and 24 running regularly. It takes approx. 10 minutes to get to HBF or Bismarkplatz, 5 minutes to Neunheim and PH.
Groceries
Several grocery stores are in the area, and are located a short 3 minute walk away.
Furniture
Currently, the room is furnished with a bed, shelf, desk, and a wardrobe. If interested, furniture can be included - we can discuss that when you visit your new home. ;)
The landlord is quick to respond, in the off chance that you need anything. The apartment includes a parking spot, bike parking, and basement storage.
Der Lebensstil der WG könntest du selbstentscheiden. Der derzeitige Mitbewohner wird das andere Schlafzimmer einer jungen Frau (Deutsch) unterwerfen, die sich für die Geselligkeit interessiert. Das bedeutet, jemand neu zu kennenzulernen, und vielleicht besser Deutsch zu lernen (wenn das dein Ziel ist !)

The lifestyle of the WG will be up to you to decide. Current roommate will be subletting the other bedroom to a young woman (German), who is interested in socializing, so it will offer both a way to meet someone new and interesting, while also allowing you to learn German quicker (if that is your aim!).
While the room is currently furnished, we can discuss if you want to keep the furniture or not and discuss the terms in person. I am quite flexible in regards to this issue!
