Matratze), einem Kleiderschrank (90 * 198 * 58 cm), einem Schreibtisch (120 * 60 cm, höhenverstellbar), ein Rollcontainer (3 Schubladen, 41 * 50 cm, 57 cm hoch), einem Stuhl und einer LED-Deckenlampe.
Die Lage: 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der S-Bahn Haltestelle Weststadt/Südstadt.
WG Leben:
In der WG wohnen Ruzanna (32) und Hoan (29). Ruzanna kommt aus Armenien und arbeitet als Wissenschaftlerin bei EMBL und Hoan kommt aus Vietnam und arbeitet bei SAP.
Da wir berufstätig sind, wünschen wir uns jemand, der ebenfalls berufstätig ist oder fortgeschritten im Studium. Unter der Woche ist eher ruhig bei uns aber am Wochenende laden wir gerne unsere Freunde ein oder gehen gemeinsam was essen/was trinken.
Wir suchen jemand der interessiert ist in der WG längerfristig zu wohnen (mindestens 1 Jahr).
Wir sind sehr entspannt aber Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist uns sehr wichtig. Somit Rücksichtnahme auf die Mitbewohnern und die Wohnung wird gewünscht.
Ideal wäre jemand die/der Privatsphäre schätzt aber auch Spaß am WG-Leben hat und Lust hat mal zusammen was zu unternehmen.

Location: 5 minutes walk from the S-Bahn stop, Weststadt/Südstadt.
WG life:
Ruzanna (32) and Hoan (29) live in the WG. Ruzanna is from Armenia and works as a scientist at EMBL, and Hoan is from Vietnam and works for SAP.
Since we are working a lot, we would like someone who is also working or advanced in their studies. During the week we tend to be quiet, but on weekends we like to invite our friends over or go out for a meal/drink together.
We are looking for someone who is interested in living in the shared flat for a longer period of time (at least 1 year).
We are very relaxed, but cleanliness and order is very important to us. Thus, consideration for the housemates and the apartment is desired.
Ideal would be someone who appreciates privacy but also has fun in the WG life and wants to do something together.
