The free WG room has a size of 15 square meters at the price of 441€. The price includes water and waste costs, additional costs for electricity and gas (75€). The room goes out to the back of the garden. Everyone has his own lease. The deposit is 3 cold rents. The apartment was completely renovated before our arrival in March 2022. There is a shared kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as another toilet. The highlight of our apartment is a beautiful terrace and garden.
Since Sara leaves a few furniture is a cash payment of approx. 300€ required. In the room stays the bed, wardrobe, black shelf, chair and wall shelf. The common washing machine is also part of the cash payment:) Of course you can sell everything further; if you don't need the stuff!
Das freie WG-Zimmer hat eine Größe von 15 Quadratmetern zum Preis von 441€. Im Preis inbegriffen sind Wasser und Abfallkosten, hinzukommen noch Kosten für Strom und Gas von ca. (75€). Das Zimmer geht zum Garten hinten raus. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Mietvertrag. Die Kaution beträgt 3 Kalt Mieten. Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Einzug im März 2022 komplett neu renoviert. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, ein Bad mit Dusche und Toilette, sowie ein weiteres WC. Das Highlight unserer Wohnung ist eine schöne Terrasse und Garten.
Da Sara ein paar Möbel hinterlässt ist eine Ablösezahlung von ca. 300€ erforderlich. Im Zimmer bleibt das Bett, Schrank, schwarzes Regal, Stuhl und Wandregal. Zur Ablösezahlung gehört auch die gemeinsame Waschmaschine :) du kannst natürlich alles weiterverkaufen; wenn du die Sachen nicht brauchst!
The apartment is located relatively far down in the southern city, Turnerstraße. The next stop is Markscheide, Rohrbach. By bike you are in the city in 10 minutes.
Die Wohnung liegt relativ weit unten in der Südstadt, Turnerstraße. Die nächste Haltestelle ist die Markscheide, Rohrbach. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt.

We are Teresa (24) and Lea (24) and Inge (26) and have been living together in the southern city since 2024 and are looking for a 4 roommate who completes our WG :) Shortly to us, Teresa and Lea study at the PH, Inge works at the university. We would describe our WG lives as very harmonious, open and respectful. We would like to do something together, from film evenings on the terrace to joint cooking, of course, that would be nice if that persists :))

During the day I am mostly on the go, but in the evening I am looking forward to company in the kitchen and nice discussions. I am interested in foreign languages, (environmental) political topics – and I am always ready for a fun game evening!
Hi, I'm Lea (24) and I'm studying primary education at the PH. In addition to studying, I work at the café, I like to travel and look forward to company in the WG. I love cooking (my cinnamon chick recipe is tested!), likes Badminton, games evenings, spontaneous conversations in the kitchen and cozy movie evenings as well as concerts or cinema visits.
I appreciate a harmonious coexistence and wish me a coexistence where one feels comfortable and likes to come home:)

The landlord only allows women. Also, it is a student who plans a longer stay in the WG.
