Die Wohnung ist gefliest und sehr hell.
Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine große Küche (+ extra Raum für Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank etc.). Die Zimmer liegen alle relativ privat getrennt voneinander (2 liegen eine Etage drüber).
Es gibt ein großes Badezimmer (Dusche, Badewanne, 2 Waschbecken) und 1 Gästeklo. Außerdem haben wir eine große Dachterasse und 2 Balkone. :)
Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Industriegebiet ohne direkte Nachbarn. Der Bahnhof (mit Anbindung nach Aachen, sowie Busse nach Erkelenz, Hückelhoven, Geilenkirchen usw.) liegt in 10min fußweite. Rewe liegt 2min entfernt und Real, Aldi, Edeka sind auch in direkter Nähe. Innenstadt ist in 15-20min zu erreichen.
Durch die Größe der Wohnung hat man viel Privatsphäre und man kriegt es nicht allzu sehr mit, falls mal jemand was lauter wird (Geburtstagsfeier oder Ähnliches). Außerdem haben wir 2 kleine Hunde - weitere Tiere mit Absprache.
Die Wohnung wird von allen Bewohnern sauber gehalten und ist somit nicht dreckig oder unordentlich.
Wir würden uns sehr über 2 offene Mitbewohner freuen :)
