Unser Haus befindet sich in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn.
Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin. Eine Praktikantin, Flugbegleiterin ist bevorzugt. Eine Pendlerin, Berufstätiger mit kurzfristiger Miete wird auch betrachtet.
Das Zimmer befindet sich auf dem Dachgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in einem ruhen Wohngebiet. Das Haus wurde in Okt. 2012 neu gebaut. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Du kannst einfach mit deinen Koffern einziehen. Im Haus wohnt eine nette Familie mit 2 Kinder. Der Haupteingang wird gemeinsam verwendet, sowie die Küche. Die Küche ist großzügig verteilt mit Einbauküche von hohen Qualität. Auf dem Dachgeschoß neben dem gemieten Zimmer befindet sich ein Badzimmer mit Toilette und Dusche. Die Waschmachine im Keller kann gemeinsame genutzt werden. 550 Euro im Monate alles inklusive, Internet, Heizung, Wasser, Strom, ja alles.
In 6 min kann man die S-Bahn Station Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn zu Fuß erreichen. Die S7 fährt im 20 min. Takt. Mit 35 min erreicht man München HBF. EADS, Siemens, Infineon, Intel und BSH sind entlang der S7 Linie in der Nähe. Es gibt Supermarkt, Deutsche Post und Banken in 10 min Fußweg.

Our house is located at Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn.
We are looking for a female flat-mate. A student apprentice, flight attendant is preferred. A commuter or employed with short-term rent will be also considered.
The room is located at attic floor of a private house in a quiet residential area. The house was built in October 2012. The room is completely furnished. You can simply move in with your luggage. Currently a friendly family with 2 kids is living in the house. The major entrance will be used together, same for the kitchen. The fitted kitchen is around 10 m2, and is equipped in high-quality. In the attic, just adjacent to the rented room is a bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. The washing machine in the cellar can be used together. The rental of 550 Euro per month is all-inclusive, including electricity, heating, water, internet, and so on. Of course, you need to cook for yourself .
The S-Bahn station Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn can be afoot reached in 6 minutes. The S-Bahn line S7 drives in a rhythm of 20 minutes. With S-Bahn, one can arrive at Munich central station in 35 minutes. EADS, Siemens, Infineon, Intel and BSH are along the S7 line in the nearby. Several supermarkets, post-office and banks could be found in an afoot distance of 10 minutes.
We are non-smoker, and do not have pet except an aquarium. We expect that you are also not a smoker and will not bring pet with you.
