Das Zimmer wird mit Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank vermietet und hat ein Dachschrägenfenster sowie ein bodentiefes Fenster. Fußbelag ist Lamit in Eiche Optik. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen. Das Zimmer wurde nur kurzzeitig bewohnt. Es darf auch umgestaltet werden.
Ländlich mit Busanbindung nach Wiesbaden und Limburg. 5min Autofahrt zur A3. 5 min bis zum REWE und Penny. Glasfaseranschluß vorhanden.
Ich selbst bin Lehrer für Physik und Mathe an einer IGS in Wiesbaden. Hobbys Gaming : PS5/ XBox One vorhanden im gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer.
Ab und Zu wird auch mal bei mir gefeiert. Dies beschränkt sich auf Wochenenden und Ferienzeiten. Dann aber auch nur im EG.
Ich selbst würde mich mehr als gemütlichen Typ bezeichnen. Gekocht wird eher selten, aber dann richtig.
Dienstags und an Wochenenden bin ich gut erreichbar. Gerne per Mail oder Telefon kontaktieren. Auch sind Videocalls möglich über WhatsApp um sich einen Eindruck der Wohnung zu machen. Ich bevorzuge das persönliche Gespräch.
Sonstige Nebenkosten sind GEZ Beitrag, Putzfrau zur Hälfte und Internetpauschale.
