Da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin auszieht, wird ein helles 17 qm großes Zimmer in einer 2er WG frei. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (Dachgeschoss) und ist insgesamt 61 qm groß. Neben Küche und Bad, gibt es noch ein Wohnzimmer zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Mühlburg. Die Haltestelle Philippstraße erreicht man in 5 min, dort gibt es auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Döner, Apotheke, dm,..). Mit der Bahn ist man in 15 min an der Uni. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man 15 min zur Uni und 10 min zur FH.
Ich bin 24 und studiere im 2. Mastersemester an der Uni. Das WG-Leben sollte unkompliziert und entspannt sein, d.h. dass man gerne mal etwas zusammen machen kann (z.B. Fußball schauen, Bierchen trinken, kochen...) aber im Gegenzug sollte auch jeder mal seine Ruhe haben können.
