WG-Zimmer KA West

Rooms:

Your future room is 17 m2 tall with beautiful old parquet floor and high ceiling.
The wooden beams and angles make it really cozy.
The room also has two roof windows, so there is never enough light.
The cabinet that fits perfectly into the niche can be taken over.
In addition, we have a cozy dining/living area for shared use. There is a pull-out sofa bed and a dining table. We also have a washing and dishwasher, a bathtub and a basement compartment. You can also place your bike at the bottom of the house on the bicycle stands provided for it.


Location:
The apartment is located on Yorckstraße in the heart of Karlsruhe Weststadt. Within 5 minutes you will be in the Günther-Klotz plant and at Gutenbergplatz. There a market takes place three times a week, which is worth visiting. In addition, a LIDL and Alnatura are reached within 5 minutes and in 10 minutes a REWE, PENNY, CAP market, DM and close purchase.
Yorckstraße, Weinbrennerplatz and Hübschstraße stops are also within 5-10 minutes. It takes 10-15 minutes by bike to downtown or KIT. It is also possible to cycle in a few minutes to the Northwest city (Pädagogische Hochschule, Technische Hochschule und die Duale Hochschule). As you can see, in Karlsruhe you can reach everything by bike. 😊

WG life:

Larissa (26) and Louisa (27) will unfortunately move out at the end of April/early of May.
You will live together with Veronika (31) and another new roommate who will also enter the WG in May.
Veronika works as Data Scientist Engineer.
We have been living together since August 2023 and like to go to the market together on weekends and drink a coffee together. This can be maintained in the new WG.
We are a relaxed WG and like to sit in the hallway/dining room together to talk or cook something or even do something together. In summary, we are not pure purpose WG. 😊
But always according to the motto “Nothing, everything can!” Of course, everyone needs his time for themselves what is respected by everyone.

Zimmer:

Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 17 m2 groß mit wunderschönem altem Parkettboden und hoher Decke.
Die Holzbalken und Winkel machen es richtig gemütlich.
Das Zimmer hat auch zwei Dachfenster, weshalb es nie an ausreichend Licht fehlt.
Der Schrank der perfekt in die Nische passt kann gerne übernommen werden.
Zusätzlich haben wir einen gemütlichen Essen-/ Wohnbereich zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Dort steht unter anderem ein ausziehbares Schlafsofa sowie ein Esstisch. Außerdem haben wir eine Wasch- und Spülmaschine, eine Badewanne und einen Kellerabteil. Dein Fahrrad kannst du auch problemlos unten am Haus an den dazu vorgesehenen Fahrradständern abstellen.


Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in der Yorckstraße im Herzen der Karlsruher Weststadt. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man in der Günther-Klotz-Anlage und am Gutenbergplatz. Dort findet dreimal wöchentlich ein Markt statt, den es sich lohnt zu besuchen. Außerdem erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Minuten einen LIDL und Alnatura und in 10 Minuten einen REWE, PENNY, CAP-Markt, DM und Nahkauf.
Die Haltestellen Yorckstraße, Weinbrennerplatz und Hübschstraße sind ebenfalls innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt oder zum KIT dauert es 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Auch in die Nordweststadt (Pädagogische Hochschule, Technische Hochschule und die Duale Hochschule) lässt sich in wenigen Minuten radeln. Wie du siehst, erreicht man in Karlsruhe alles mit dem Fahrrad. 😊

WG-Leben:

Larissa (26) und Louisa (27) werden Ende April/ Anfang Mai leider ausziehen.
Zusammen wohnen wirst du mit Veronika (31) und einer weiteren neuen Mitbewohnerin die auch im Mai in die WG einziehen wird.
Veronika arbeitet als Data Scientist Engineer.
Wir wohnen seit August 2023 zusammen und gehen gerne mal, wenn jeder Zeit hat, am Wochenende gemeinsam auf den Markt und trinken einen Kaffee zusammen. Dies kann gerne in der neuen WG beibehalten werden.
Wir sind eine entspannte WG und sitzen gerne im Flur/Esszimmer zusammen um zu quatschen oder kochen etwas oder unternehmen auch mal gerne etwas zusammen. Zusammengefasst sind wir keine reine Zweck-WG. 😊
Aber immer nach dem Motto „Nichts muss, alles kann!“ Natürlich braucht jeder mal seine Zeit für sich, was von jedem respektiert wird.
