I rent my guest room of my 80 sqm apartment in the Koblen old town for € 450,00 per month with all pipapo. It is about 14sqm large, brightly painted and has a large 2 partial window. It has a 1.40 x 2.00m large futon bed, a desk, some decoration accessories, a living wall and a TV with a Fire TV stick including Zattoo TV, Netflix, Disney+ and Prime Video + other apps such as Spotify, YouTube and TV program (Free TV + private transmitters such as RTL HD, Sat 1 HD, Pro 7 HD, Cable 1 HD etc.)
The kitchen is equipped with a Thermomix TM6, a Tefal Actifry 2in1 and a Tefal Optigrill, all the equipment that is great for easy cooking and which can be used. A stove and oven and microwave and dishwasher are also available.
The entire apartment is 80 sqm and has 4 ZKB, the toilet is separate, which is quite practical and you get to the cross more rarely when one has to shower and the other has to toilet. The heating of the room can be controlled manually by smartphone app and time profiles can also be created so that the room is nicely warm when you come home in winter.
For this, I have been living with a little sweet cat, so who doesn't like cats or is allergic should switch to the next ad.

ich vermiete mein Gästezimmer meiner 80 qm Wohnung in der Koblenzer Altstadt für € 450,00 pro Monat mit allem pipapo. Es ist ca. 14qm groß, hell gestrichen und hat ein großes 2 teiliges Fenster. Es hat ein 1,40 x 2,00m großes Futonbett, einen Schreibtisch, einige Dekorations Accessoires, eine Wohnwand und einen Fernseher mit einem Fire TV Stick inklusive Zattoo TV, Netflix, Disney+ und Prime Video + weitere Apps wie Spotify, YouTube und Fernsehprogram (Free TV + private Sender wie RTL HD, Sat 1 HD, Pro 7 HD, Kabel 1 HD usw.)
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Thermomix TM6, einem Tefal Actifry 2in1 und einem Tefal Optigrill, alles Geräte die für sich super zum einfachen Kochen geeignet sind und welche gerne benutzt werden dürfen. Ein Herd und Backofen sowie Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine sind natürlich auch vorhanden.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist 80 qm groß und hat 4 ZKB, die Toilette ist separat, was ganz praktisch ist und man sich seltener in die Quere kommt, wenn einer duscht und der/die andere auf Toilette muss. Die Heizung des Zimmers kann per Smartphone App manuell gesteuert werden und es können auch Zeitprofile erstellt werden, so dass das Zimmer im Winter schön warm ist wenn man nach Hause kommt.
Dazu wohnt bei mir seit neuestem eine kleine süße Katze, wer also keine Katzen mag oder allergisch ist, sollte zum nächsten Inserat wechseln.
Directly in front of the front door is a small bus stop, the central square with the large bus stops is 5 minutes away, the next supermarket (Netto) can also be reached in 5 minutes, but you can park in the entire area, which is payable. The location is overall top and central but still quiet, just in summer it is great, a cross road further down is the mosel promenade and 5 minutes away the Deutsche Eck, is a great jogging route if you like to jog.
Direkt vor der Haustüre ist eine kleine Bushaltestelle, der Zentralplatz mit den großen Bushaltestellen ist 5 Minuten entfernt, der nächste zu Fuss erreichbare Supermarkt (Netto) ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar, parken kann man im gesamten Umfeld was jedoch kostenpflichtig ist. Die Lage ist insgesamt top und zentral aber trotzdem ruhig, gerade im Sommer ist es toll, eine Querstrasse weiter unten befindet sich die Moselpromenade und 5 Minuten entfernt das Deutsche Eck, ist eine tolle Jogging Route, wenn man wie ich gerne joggt.
As I said, it is not a typical WG life but a pure guest room rental specifically for professional commuters who have to stay in Koblenz for a few nights under the week and return home on weekends.
I put value on quiet, reliable decent people who respect the rest of the other.
Es handelt sich hier wie gesagt nicht um ein typisches WG Leben sondern um eine reine Gästezimmer Vermietung gezielt für Berufspendler, die unter der Woche ein paar Nächte berufsbedingt in Koblenz übernachten müssen und am Wochenende wieder nach Hause fahren.
Ich lege wert auf ruhige zuverlässige anständige Leute, die die Ruhezeiten des anderen respektieren.
