Liebe Suchende, in unserer WG in der Innenstadt wird demnächst ein schönes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei! Das Zimmer ist mit 16qm sehr geräumig und vollständig möbliert. Es verfügt über ein sehr großes Fenster, sodass es lichtdurchflutet ist.
Zudem haben wir ein Bad mit einer Badewanne, die nach einem stressigen Tag zum entspannen bestens geeignet ist. In der Küche befindet sich ein großer Tisch, an dem man zusammen essen und den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen lassen kann. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.

Dear seeker, in our shared apartment in the city center there will soon be a nice room available for temporary rent! The room is very spacious with 16sqm and fully furnished. It has a very large window, so it is flooded with light.
We also have a bathroom with a bathtub, which is ideal for relaxing after a stressful day. In the kitchen there is a large table where you can eat together and end the evening with a glass of wine. Washing machine and dishwasher are available.
Besser geht’s nicht! Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt an der Schafenstraße, sodass alles, was man sich wünscht in der Nähe ist! Seien es die ganzen Restaurants auf der Aachenerstraße und den Ringen oder die Imbisse auf der Züplicherstaße. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, DM, Rossman, Rewe, Bio-Markt) sind innerhalb von weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Von der Wohnung aus braucht man zu den Haltestellen Rudolfplatz, Züplicherplatz, Neumarkt und Mauritiuskirche nur wenige Minuten.

It doesn't get any better! The apartment is right on Schafenstraße, so everything you could wish for is nearby! Be it all the restaurants on Aachenerstrasse and the Ringen or the snack bars on Züplicherstrasse. Shops (Lidl, DM, Rossman, Rewe, organic market) can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. It only takes a few minutes to get to the Rudolfplatz, Züplicherplatz, Neumarkt and Mauritiuskirche stops from the apartment.
Wir sind eine interkulturelle WG und deshalb suchen wir eine Person die offen, ruhig, flexibel und nett ist.
Du würdest das Zimmer von Sara nehmen. Sie kommt aus Spanien und studiert Regionalstudien Lateinamerika.
Du würdest mit Sara 2 und Klara zusammen wohnen.
Sara 2 ist 24 und kommt aus Italien. Sie studiert ihren Master in Internationalem Management an der Universität zu Köln. Sie ist sehr sozial und engagiert sich sehr in verschiedenen Studentenvereinigungen. Uni und Arbeit nehmen die meiste Zeit in Anspruch, aber wenn sie Zeit hat, trifft sie sich gerne mit ihren Freunden, geht tanzen oder entspannt sich einfach im Park. Sie mag die Farbe Grün, Kaffee. Sie spricht fließend Italienisch, Französisch und Englisch und lernt gerade Deutsch. In dieser WG hat sie ein Zuhause fernab der Heimat gefunden.
Klara ist 24, kommt aus Deutschland und arbeitet in der öffentlichen Verwaltung. Sie ist offen, freundlich und harmonieliebend. Sie mag es was zu unternehmen, neue Leute und Orte kennenzulernen, zu lesen, Sport zu machen oder aber auch einfach abends zusammen in der Küche zu sitzen und zu quatschen.

We are an intercultural shared flat and therefore we are looking for a person who is open, calm, flexible and nice :)
You would take Sara's room. She comes from Spain and is studying regional studies in Latin America.
You would live with Sara 2 and Klara.
Sara 2is 24 and comes from Italy. She is studying her Masters in International Management at the University of Cologne. She is very social and is very involved in various student associations. University and work take up most of her time, but when she has time she likes to meet up with her friends, go dancing or just relax in the park. She likes the color green, coffee. She is fluent in Italian, French and English and is currently learning German. In this shared apartment she has found a home far away from home.
Klara is 24, from Germany and works in public administration. She's open, friendly and harmony is very important for her. She loves to meet new people and places, to read, working out and doing stuff together as a flat.
Wir legen viel Wert auf lockeres und harmonievolles Zusammenleben. Wir respektieren die Privatsphäre des anderen, machen aber auch mal zusammen Yoga, trinken ein Käffchen oder quatschten einfach mal beim Essen. Uns beiden ist Ordnung und Sauberkeit wichtig, also solltest du auch darauf achten. Wir haben einen Putzplan, mit dem bisher alles super geklappt hat. :)

We attach great importance to a relaxed and harmonious coexistence. We respect each other's privacy, but we also do yoga together, have a cup of coffee or just chat over dinner. We both care about order and cleanliness, so you should keep that in mind too. We have a cleaning schedule that has worked great so far. :)
