Dich erwartet ein großzügiges und nice möbliertes Zimmer, das mit bodentiefen Fenstern hell und wirklich cozy ist. Die Heizung und die moderne Renovierung erlaubt ein angenehmes Raumklima.
Die Schlafzimmer liegen weit auseinander und die Wohnküche hat alles was du brauchst.
Auf dem riesigen Balkon mit einer Lounge kannst du inmitten des besten Teils der Südstadt mit Musik die Abendsonne genießen.
Man sagt mir, das die ganze Wohnung sehr stylisch eingerichtet ist, die hohen Decken tragen dazu bei.
Das cleane Bad mit Dusche und schöner Badewanne wird dir gefallen. In der Wohnung ist viel Kunst, ich liebe Musik, bin aber oft nicht zu Hause. Wenn du Wochenend Heimfahrer bist, wäre das auch cool. Ich bin gut drauf, vorher wurde das Zimmer schon zwei Jahre zu voller Zufriedenheit gemietet. Das Haus und die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und sehr ruhig. Selbstverständlich ist die Reinigung im Preis enthalten.
Da das Angebot etwas besonderes ist, freue ich mich auf einen netten Mitbewohner der Komfort und Stil schätzt. Wir werden gern mal zusammen auf dem Balkon sitzen, aber wenn Du auch „allein“ klar kommst und einen gechillten Ort des Rückzugs suchst, wird das optimal sein.
You can expect a spacious and nicely furnished room, which is bright and really cozy with floor-to-ceiling windows. The heating and the modern renovation allow for a pleasant indoor climate.
The bedrooms are far apart and the kitchen/living room has everything you need.
On the huge balcony with a lounge you can enjoy the evening sun with music in the middle of the best part of the Südstadt.
I am told that the whole flat is very stylishly furnished, the high ceilings contribute to this.
You'll love the clean bathroom with shower and beautiful bathtub. There is a lot of art in the flat, I love music, but I am often not at home. If you're a weekend homebody, that would be cool too. I'm in a good mood, previously the room has been rented for two years to my full satisfaction. The house and flat is newly renovated and very quiet. Of course, cleaning is included in the price.
As the offer is something special, I am looking forward to a nice flatmate who appreciates comfort and style. We will enjoy sitting together on the balcony, but if you can manage "alone" and are looking for a chilled-out place to retreat, this will be ideal.
