da mein Mitbewohner leider auszieht habe ich ein Zimmer zu vergeben :) Es befindet sich in einer 67qm großen Dachgeschosswohnung und ist 15qm groß. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist ihre 23qm Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert und sehr hell und ruhig. Die Untermiete wird zunächst auf ein halbes Jahre begrenzt als Kennenlernzeit. Es besteht somit also die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung.

I'm looking for a new roommate starting from May. The apartment is 67qm big, it is located on the top floor and the room is about 15qm. Its highlight is a 23qm terrace! :) The apartment itself is very quiet and bright. The room is already fully furnished. The first rent contract will be limited to 6 months so we have time to get to know each other. An extension is possible.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Riehl, in der Nähe des Zoos. Riehl ist ein grüner und ruhiger Stadtteil Kölns. Die Bahnstation Boltensternstraße ist fußläufig erreichbar und man erreicht den Hauptbahnhof in weniger als 10 Minuten. Nippes ist wenige Straßen entfernt und der Rhein ebenso.
The apartment is located in Riehl, close to the Zoo. It is a green and quiet district. The next train station is called Boltensternstraße and you can reach the main station in less than 10 minutes. Nippes (a nice district with lots of cafes and bars) is also a couple of streets away and easily reachable by bike.
Mein Name ist Annika, ich bin 32 Jahre alt und Entwicklungsökonomin. Aktuell arbeite ich bei Unicef als Data Scientistin. In meiner Freizeit reise ich viel und gerne und beschäftige mich ansonsten mit Kochen, Yoga, Triathlon, Surfen oder Beachvolleyball :) Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind mit (tatsächlich) sehr wichtig und Besuch ist bei mir immer herzlich willkommen.

Wen suche ich?
Potenziell bin ich für jeden und alles offen :) Jedoch wäre es schön, wenn die Person ca. mein Alter hätte und einen ähnlichen Lebensrythmus lebt. Ich arbeite Vollzeit und habe es gerne ruhig zuhause (also keine verrückten Vortrink-Partys mehr sondern eher geselliges Kochen bei einem guten Wein oder größere Grillparties). Zudem würde ich mich freuen das Zimmer auch an jemanden zu vergeben, der es sonst schwierig auf dem Wohnungsmarkt hat, d.h. AusländerInnen sind herzlich willkommen solange man sich verständigen kann (ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Spanisch). Also schreib mir gerne ein paar Zeilen zu dir, z.B. was du so im Leben treibst, was du in Köln machst und was für ein WG-Leben du dir wünscht. :)

Who am I looking for?
I'm an open person who likes to welcome new and diverse people. Having said this, it would still be nice to have someone that is around my age. I'm a full-time working person, meaning that I need a quiet home (so no crazy pre-drinking parties anymore. I'd rather go for nice dinner parties with good wine or bigger barbecue-parties on the terrace). I'm also happy to rent the room to someone who mostly has difficulties finding a nice and decent place, which means that foreigners are welcome. Communication is extremely important, but I speak English and Spanish so we should find our ways. So please write me something about you, what you do for a living, why you ended up in Cologne and what kind of shared apartment you are looking for.
