Das Zimmer hat ein großes Dachfenster und wurde vor kurzem neu renoviert. Auch das Badezimmer ist neu renoviert. Eine neue Küche ist auch angedacht. Ich weiß aber nicht wann ich das schaffe.
Das Haus befindet sich nur ca. zwei Minuten vom Bahnhof Körle. Hier hält die Regiotram. In ca. 20-25 Minuten kommt man damit nach Kassel in die Innenstadt oder in ca. 10 Minuten nach Melsungen.
Ich würde mich freuen wenn man ab und an mal zusammen kocht oder mal ein Bierchen zusammen trinkt.
Was Haustiere betrifft müsste ich mal mit meinem Vater sprechen. Ihm gehört die Wohnung. Ich hätte damit prinziepiell kein Problem. Kommt aber drauf an ob Hund oder Katze bzw. wie groß der Hund ist. Könnte man aber dann immer noch besprechen.
