Ich biete ein Wohn Geimschafts Zimmer an ca 10 qm , es ist in einer ruhigen Lage in Korb Baujahr 1985.Die Wohnung ist 89 qm groß alle Zimmer bis auf meins sind mitnutzbar , die Wohnung hat eine große komplett eingerichtete Küche ein großes Bad , Dusche , Gäste WC , 2 Balkone in gegenüberliegender Lage.Es ist eine sehr schöne und helle gut aufgeteilte Wohnung.Mein Mitbewohner\in sollte einfach freundlich nett und sauber sein.In den Nebenkosten ist alles beinhaltet , DSL, GEZ,Heizkosten, Strom alle Nebenkosten des Hauses,Kehrwoche ist auch mit im Preis ,alle Elektronischen Geräte können selbstverständlich mit verwendet werden.Es kommt nur einmal jährlich Müll Gebühren plus Marke hinzu, das sind dann ca 70 Euro extra.
Bus nach Waiblingen in etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ich bin der einzige Bewohner und natürlich dann mein neuer Mitbewohner.
Bitte keine Haustiere.
Mein Mitbewohner sollte vor allem freundlich , gepflegt sein und im Haushalt mit helfen.
