Da mein Praxissemester ansteht, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer für den Zeitraum 1. August bis 1. März 2024. Eventuell besteht danach die Möglichkeit auf Übernahme.
Das helle Zimmer ist etwa 15 qm groß und möbliert. Es sind Bett, Schrank, Kommode und Schreibtisch bereits enthalten, weshalb du eigentlich nichts mitbringen musst.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. Stockwerk eines WG-Hauses, in welchen insgesamt 6 Personen leben. Im oberen Stock leben 4, im unteren 2 Personen und es sind quasi 2 getrennte Haushalte. Es hat auch jedes Stockwerk seine eigene Küche und eigenes Bad.
Ich persönlich fand es immer sehr positiv, dass man sehr viel Platz hat, sowohl im Haus als auch draußen. Vor dem Haus stehen auch genügend Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Es ist sehr von Vorteil wenn man ein Auto hat, ansonsten gibt es noch Bus- und Bahnverbindungen.
Das Leben hier ist sehr ruhig und ungezwungen, du kannst so ziemlich tun und lassen was du möchtest.
