Das Zimmer ist möbliert, mit Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Regalen. Sollte noch etwas für das Zimmer benötigt werden lass ich gerne mit mir reden :). Grundsätzlich ist das Zimmer gut für Studenten oder aber auch Berufstätige in der Gegend geeignet. Ich bin eine 63 Jahre alte Frau und habe das Zimmer bereits öfter an Studenten vermietet. Alle Räume im Haus können ungefragt genutzt werden, auch die Instrumente (Klavier, Gitarre und vieles mehr) können gerne mitbenutzt werden.
Ich freue mich auf eine nette Bewohnerin.

Busstation nach Ansbach ist ca. 7-10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt
Ich bin Musikerin, spiele gerne und viele Instrumente und singe in verschiedenen Chören. Die Instrumente können jederzeit mitbenutzt werden und auch ansonsten freu ich mich auch immer über Musikpartner. Das ist aber kein Muss! Sollte die Musik stören, oder ich mal etwas zu laut sein kann man gerne mit mir reden und ich höre auf/werde leiser :).
