I subrent my beloved room from 1st of April until 31July.
The room is fully furnished. Some of my personal things will stay in the room, but I'll make you space so you can feel at home. The golden ladder on the photo will disappear, and if you don′t need a pullup rig in your room, you can fold and hide it :)
Kitchen is also fully equipped, and we have a washing machine - so you don't need to buy anything extra.
All costs are included, rent price is per month. I made the room a little cheaper than the actual rent price.
The closest tram station is Friedrich-Lizst-Platz - with Lines 1, 3 and 8. We're two stops away from the main staion.
If you want you can also use my bike.
A supermarket (Konsum) is across the street.
You'll share the flat with two young and open minded people.
We all have different schedules, but it′s always nice to have a little chat when we coincidate.
