fyi: Wir werden ein paar Tage zum antworten brauchen! We will need a few days to reply!
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 18qm groß und nach Osten ausgerichtet. Das heißt, du hast wunderschöne Morgensonne und das Zimmer wird im Sommer nicht zu warm (zur Not ist ein Ventilator vorhanden!).
Es ist mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Schrank und Kleiderstande ausgestattet (Genügend Platz für deine Sachen wird natürlich gemacht!)
Außerdem hast du einen Balkonzugang :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Torgauer Platz, unmittelbar zur Eisenbahnstraße.
Anbindungsmöglichkeiten hast du an der Haltestelle Torgauer Platz mit der 3 oder der 8, die dich in anderen Stadtteilen oder zur Uni bringen. Ansonsten kannst du dies auch super mit dem Rad machen.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibt es viele (Lidl, Konsum, Rewe, Netto, im Angebot und viele weitere kleine Lebensmittelmärkte) und sind alle zwischen 5-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Du kannst viele Bars und Parks (Rabet, Mariannenpark) in kürze erreichen.

You can get to the Torgauer Platz stop on the 3 or the 8, which will take you to other parts of the city or to the university. Otherwise, you can also do this easily by bike.
There are many shops (Lidl, Konsum, Rewe, Netto, im Angebot and many other small grocery stores) and they are all within a 5-15 minute walk.
You can reach many bars and parks (Rabet, Mariannenpark) in a short time.
Deine neuen Mitbewohnerinnen sind Leona (she/her) 21 und Christian (he/him) 28, beide sind sehr offene und liebe Menschen. Christian ist grade dabei seine Ausbildung zum Psychotherapeuten zu bestreiten und ist aus diesem Grund relativ viel arbeiten. Leona studiert Soziologie, ist gerne mit Freundinnen unterwegs und engagiert sich politisch.
Beide haben Lust auf gemeinsame Kochabende, Unternehmungen oder einfach ein bisschen quatschen mit einem Kaffee aufm Balkon. Wir respektieren aber auch unsere Freiräume und wünschen uns eine offene Kommunikation von einander.
Your new roommates are Leona (she/her) 21 and Christian (he/him) 28, both are very open and lovely people. Christian is currently finishing his training as a psychotherapist and therefore works quite a lot. Leona is studying sociology, likes to go out with friends and is politically active.
They both enjoy cooking together, going out or simply chatting over a coffee on the balcony. But we also respect each other's freedom and want open communication.
Bei der angegebenen Kaltmiete handelt es sich um die Gesamtmiete.
PS: Da hier einige Pflanzen sind, wäre es super wenn du dich bereit erklären würdest (mindesten die drei großen) regelmäßig zu gießen. Die kleineren Pflanzen kann ich auch zu Freunden geben, falls du auf deren Pflege keine Lust hast.
Es kann auch sein, dass du einen Monat länger hier wohnen kannst (bis 31.07), das wird sich in den nächsten Wochen entscheiden.

Your room is approx. 18 square meters in size and faces east. This means you have beautiful morning sun and the room doesn't get too warm in summer (there is a fan if necessary!).
It is furnished with a bed, desk, sofa, wardrobe and clothes rack (Enough space for your things will be made of course!)
You also have access to the balcony :)

The stated basic rent is the total rent.
You may also be able to live here for a month longer (until 31.07), this will be decided in the next few weeks.
PS: As there are a few plants here, it would be great if you would agree to water them regularly (at least the three large ones). I can also give the smaller plants to friends if you don't feel like looking after them.
