Ab März zieht Levin schweren Herzens aus der WG aus, weshalb wir eine liebe Person suchen, die seinen Platz hier einnimmt. Das Zimmer ist ca. 13 qm groß und bietet auf Grund des Schnittes genügend Raum für alles, was man so benötigt. Das schöne Dachfenster, durch das man nachts den Leipziger Himmel betrachten kann, geht Richtung Süden, was das Zimmer auch in den dunkelsten Wintermonaten mit viel Licht ausstattet.
Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert mit einer Matratze und einer Kleiderstange zwischengemietet werden.
Im Mietpreise wird bereits versucht, die gestiegenen Nebenkosten zumindest teilweise abzufangen, sodass eine geringere Nachzahlung zu erhoffen ist.
Unsere Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, das mit dem Aufzug entspannt erklommen werden kann. Neben einer geräumigen Küche mit gemütlicher Eckbank gibt es außerdem ein großes Bad mit Dusch-Badewanne, Klo+ Waschmaschine sowie ein kleines Bad mit einem weiteren Klo.
In March Levin will be moving out of the WG with a heavy heart, so we are looking for a kind person to take his place. The room is about 13 square meters and offers enough space for everything you need. The beautiful roof window, through which you can look at the Leipzig sky at night, faces south, which provides the room with plenty of light even in the darkest winter months.
The room can be rented partially furnished with a mattress and a clothes rail.
In the rental price we tried to at least partially compensate for the increased additional energy costs.
Our apartment is on the top floor, which can be reached easily by elevator. In addition to a spacious kitchen with a cozy corner bench, there is also a large bathroom with shower-bathtub, toilet + washing machine and a small bathroom with another toilet.
Die Lage ist einsame Spitze. Zu Fuß ist man in 6 Minuten an der Uni und Mensa am Park, in 2 bei Aldi oder Konsum, eine halbe Minute zur Straßenbahn, 5 Minuten zur Albertina, 10 Minuten zum Clara Park, 2 Minuten zur Peterssteinweg-Mensa, 35 Sekunden zum Beyerhaus und lockere 22 Sekunden zum Getränkefeinkost Laden. Mit dem Fahrrad geht das natürlich alles noch viel fixer. Jegliche Diskussion um die Abendplanung kann dir von jetzt an egal sein: es ist völlig gleich ob Osten, Westen, Norden oder Süden: Du bist überall rasend schnell!
The location is top notch. You can walk to the university and Mensa am Park in 6 minutes, to Aldi or Konsum in 2, to the streetcar in half a minute, to the Albertina in 5, to Clara Park in 10, to Peterssteinweg-Mensa in 2, to Beyerhaus in 35 seconds and to Getränkefeinkost in 22 seconds. By bike, of course, it's all much quicker. From now on, you don't have to worry about evening planning: it doesn't matter whether you're in the east, west, north or south: you'll be there in no time!
Nun zu deinen zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen:
Zum Einen ist da Andreas, ein vielseitig interessierter fertig studierter Mediziner, der jetzt zusätzlich sein parallel-angefangenes Lehramtstudium casual zu Ende bringt. Mit Andreas kann man wunderbar ausgiebig über Gott und die Welt quatschen. Er verfolgt unzählige Hobbies, darunter sind die Fotografie, das Debattieren, das Wandern und Zelten (aber bloß nicht auf Campingplätzen!) und das Trampen.
Die zweite im Bunde ist Claudi, die nach ihrem Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mittlerweile schon arbeitet. Mit Claudi kann man wunderbar abends einen Wein teilen, über Salat philosophieren und viele interessante Dinge über Friedhöfe oder Klimaanlagen lernen. Außerdem bouldert Claudi gern oder fährt an heißen Tagen zu einem der Leipziger Seen, wobei man sich dann auch immer gerne anschließen darf. Des Weiteren kennt sie sich in der Sächsischen Schweiz aus, wie sich andere nicht in ihrer Westentasche auskennen!
Zu guter Letzt gibt es da noch Lea, die im Sommer in die WG dazugekommen ist. Lea ist Ärztin am St. Georg und in ihrer Freizeit tanzt sie gern Bachata und Kizomba, spielt Doppelkopf und Tischtennis/Spikeball im Park und begleitet Andreas beim Wandern und Zelten.
Wir haben ein schönes Zusammenleben und wären froh jemanden zu finden, der sich hier gut einfindet.

Now to your future roommates:
On the one hand, there is Andreas, a medical student with a wide range of interests, who is now finishing his parallel studies to become a teacher. Andreas is a wonderful person to chat with about everything and anything. He pursues countless hobbies, including photography, debating, hiking and camping (but not on campsites!) and hitchhiking.
The second in the group is Claudi, who is already working after her studies in economics. With Claudi it is wonderful to share a wine in the evening, philosophize about salad and learn many interesting things about cemeteries or air conditioners. Claudi also enjoys bouldering or going to one of Leipzig's lakes on hot days, in which case you are always welcome to join her. Furthermore she knows the Saxon Switzerland like others don't know their own pocket!
Last but not least there is Lea, who joined the WG last summer. Lea is a doctor at St. Georg and in her free time she likes to dance Bachata and Kizomba, play Doppelkopf and table tennis/spikeball in the park and joins Andreas when he goes hiking and camping.
We have a nice living together and would be happy to find someone who fits in well here.
