Gemütliche 4-er WG sucht Verstärkung!

Unsere WG ist super zentral gelegen, du bist in 3 Minuten bei der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Goethekreuzung (260m), auch Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, und zum Bahnhof geht man auch gerade einmal 7 Minuten (600m). Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Hofer, Billa, etc.) erreicht man ebenso in weniger als 10 Gehminuten und auch die Landstraße ist gleich um die Ecke.

In der Wohnung leben neben dir:
Annika (26) studiert im 10. Semester Medizin, ist vegetarisch, immer für ein Sackal Chips und Ramen zu haben und freut sich über Begleitung beim Sporteln.
Alex (27) hebt die Berufstätigen-Quote dieser WG, da sie bereits Vollzeit als Medizintechnikerin arbeitet. Nach der Arbeit geht sie gerne mal eine Runde Bouldern.
Lotta (26) studiert Raum & Designstrategien an der Kunstuni und ist auch in ihrer Freizeit gerne kreativ unterwegs.

Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG und ein harmonisches und freundschaftliches Zusammenleben ist uns sehr wichtig! Wir schätzen gemeinsames Beisammensein, gleichzeitig hat natürlich jeder seinen Freiraum.
Da Annika im Sommer nach Wien ziehen wird und wir dann erneut eine*n Mitbewohner*in suchen, ist gerade einiges im Umbruch, wir freuen uns also, wenn du Lust hast diesen Wandel mitzugestalten!

Hello everyone :)

A room will be available in our beautiful, centrally located shared flat from May.

About the room/flat
Our old building flat share is located near the city centre on the 1st floor. Bus and tram (Goethe) can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The neighbourhood is very quiet and only a few minutes' walk from Bauernbergpark.

Your future room is 16 square metres in size and is nice and bright thanks to the large window.
The total rent is €293.36 and includes all monthly costs for rent, electricity, water and gas. Internet has always been billed separately. Since the fridge and washing machine are still fairly new we would take 150€ for them. :)

Our shared flat is in a super central location, you can be at the Goethekreuzung tram stop in 3 minutes (260m), bus stops are also in the immediate vicinity, and the train station is just 7 minutes away (600m). The nearest shops (Hofer, Billa, etc.) can also be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot and the main road is just around the corner.

Currently living in the flat:
Annika (26) is studying medicine in her 10th semester, is a vegetarian, always up for a bag of chips and ramen and is happy to have company when doing sports.
Alex (27) raises the professional quota of this flat share, as she already works full-time as a medical technician. She likes to go bouldering after work.
Lotta (26) is studying Space & Design Strategies at the University of Art and enjoys being creative in her free time.

The flat share is not a functional flat share and living together in harmony and friendship is very important to us! We appreciate being together, but at the same time everyone has their own space.
As Annika will be moving to Vienna in the summer and we will then be looking for another flatmate, things are currently changing, so we would be delighted if you would like to help shape this change!
