Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind Ende Juni mit unserem Studium fertig und suchen für die Zukunft einen Hauptmieter für die 2er WG in der Kandernerstraße 14.
Die WG umfasst zwei Zimmer a ca. 14 qm, ein Bad sowie eine kleine Küche.
Die Einrichtung der WG ist in einem guten Zustand und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Ich würde dir die WG komplett möbiliert übergeben.

Die WG befindet sich in zentraler Lage in der Nähe des Krankenhauses. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke und die Innenstadt ist auch schnell erreichbar. Zur DHBW in der Hangstraße läuft man circa 20-25 min und zur DHBW in der Marie-Curie-Straße circa 10 min.
