Hallo, im Zuge einer Trennung suche ich nun zwei Mitbewohner für unser neu gebautes Haus in Siehten b Ludwigsfelde.
Das Haus ist komplett neu, verfügt über 145 qm Wohnfläche, einen freien Blick aufs Feld, sowie 2 komplett neue Bäder, Küche etc..
Der gemeinsame Wohn- Essbereich umfasst 40 qm.
Die Zimmer sind einmal 12qm (mit bodentiefem Fenster und Blick Richtung Feld) und 14qm groß
Das Bad oben ist 10qm groß
Das Bad unten 4qm groß
Es gibt noch einen Kickerraum mit 9qm
Das Haus ist in Siethen b. Ludwigsfelde. Der Bahnhof ist 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Der RE fährt alle 30 Minuten und benötigt 19-25 Minuten bis zum Potsdamer Platz. Im Ort gibt es einen saisonalen Hofladen, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Rewe,Lidl) liegt 4 km entfernt. In Ludwigsfelde selbst gibt es zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Therme. Teltow, Zehlendorf sowie Potsdam sind 15 Autominuten entfernt.

Ich wünsche mir zwei offene, berufstätige Mitbewohner. Gern können wir auch gemeinsam im Garten werkeln und nette Grillabende mit den Nachbarn verbringen.
Jeder hat sein eigenes Zimmer mit LAN und TV Anschluss, der große Wohn-Essbereich steht allen zur Verfügung.
