Zum Zimmer gehört ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, ein/zwei Regale und evtl. ein Sofa. Ein Kleiderschrank fehlt, da lässt sich aber bestimmt ne Lösung finden. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, eine vollausgestattet Küche und ein Vollbad. Die Wohnung wurde im September so gut wie komplett renoviert und hat einen gehobenen Standard.
Die Wohnung liegt im Roten Feld zwischen Stadt und Uni, in 10 bis 15 Minuten kommt man überall hin. ÖPNV-Anbindung ist auch super. Einkaufsmöglichkeite sind auch gut.
Im Haus wohnen sechs Parteien, Studenten und Berufstätige. Fahrradschuppen vor dem Haus, Keller gibts auch. Viertel und Haus sind eher ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten sind gut.
Ich bin wiss. Mitarbeiter an der Uni Hamburg und pendele täglich. Ich trinke gerne mal ein Bier oder rauche mal ne Zigarette auf dem Balkon. Ich koche gerne und bin glaube ich ganz umgänglich.
Einzug ist im Prinzip ab sofort möglich, Besichtigungen sind kurzfristig möglich, am besten Abends.
Der Auszugstermin ist mehr oder weniger flexibel.
