Hey,
Ich ziehe aus meiner WG in Mailand weg und meine Vermieterin sucht einen Nachmieter ab Juli, alledings ist der Einzugsmonat flexibel. In der WG wohnt die Vermieterin selbst (nette beruftätige Italienerin) und eine Innenarchitekturstudentin. Die Atmosphäre ist freundlich und locker und jeder macht sein eigenes Ding.
In der Miete von 450€ ist alles enthalten und insgesamt ist das für die super schöne und zentrale Lage ein wirklich unglaubliches Preis-Leistungsangebot.
Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein und hat einen schönen kleinen Balkon.
Bei Intresse meldet euch einfach direkt bei Francesca (der Vermieterin) über Whatsapp auf englich oder italienisch.
