The bright apartment is located on the 4th floor without elevator. A balcony also belongs to the apartment and is accessible via the kitchen and via one of the two WG rooms.

Das WG Zimmer ist unter anderem mit einem 1,40m Bett, einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch + Schreibtischstuhl und einem Sessel ausgestattet. Und hat einen direkten Balkonzugang.
The apartment is located in square C8 of Mannheim city centre. The pedestrian zone (Paradeplatz, Planken) and the university are just a few minutes walk or by bike. Shops, doctors, educational institutions, libraries, restaurants, bars, clubs, shops of everyday needs are nearby.
Good connections to public. Transport and motorway. Mannheim Rheinstraße tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. The bus stop is 300 metres from the house and drives the castle and the main railway station (line 60).
