- Ein freier Parkplatz im Keller
- Ein Fahrrad.
- Rauchen ist im Zimmer verboten.

- In the room, there are a double bed, a desk, a 24-inch monitor, a table, 2 chairs and a closet.
- Area shared with another guy:
- A kitchen with a big fridge, an oven, a microwave, a rice cooker, a air-fryer, a toaster, a washing machine, and a dish washer.
- A bathroom with shower and a tub. There is also a hairdryer.
- A spare bike from the landlord.
- A spare parking space in the basement.
- No smoke is allowed in this room.
- No TV cable in this room.
Stadtteil: Mannheim - Neckarau (ruhig und sicher)
Supermärkte: Direkt neben einem Rewe. Und Aldi, Penny, Denn’s sind lediglich wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Wo die Wohnung liegt ist ein sehr ruhiges Gebiet.
