Ich habe ein viel zu großes Haus und suche daher noch einen Mitbewohner :-).
Du könntest quasi dein Zimmer auswählen.
Derzeit lebt noch ein anderer Mitbewohner im Haus, der allerdings nur 1-2 Tage die Woche hier ist und auf Grund von Abschluss seines Studiums voraussichtlich 2019 die WEG verlässt.
Das Angebot ist erstmal auf ein Jahr befristet. Es besteht aber die Option auf Verlängerung.
Die Warmmiete/Pauschalmiete beträgt 400€. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden, genauso wie ein Stellplatz fürs Auto und ein Garten, Sauna & Partyraum.
Die Bushsltestelle ist 30 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt. Die Linie 140 fährt zum Bahnhof und nach Gifhorn.
Banken, Bäcker, Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in unter 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
So wie es passt & sich ergibt :-)
Im Haus leben zwei Katzen. Du solltest also keine Katzenhaarallergie haben.
